The staff was so friendly and kind, everyone treated us so well. The hotel is ultra clean and pecise. Someone thought about all the small details…oh, and the bed is super comfy!!

Pros:

We were on the search for a beautiful hotel and we found an outstanding one! The whole hotel complex is harmonious.
The garden of the hotel is incredible, The room was the perfect size, as you spend the whole day anyway at the exquisite and for the hotel guests reserved beach.
We can highly recommend the Amar Restaurant where you have the most attentive and lovely team. Huge shoutout to Maria and Leonidas, thank you so much for your hospitality! And of course the dishes are so delicious. We ate there every day.
Actually you don't have to leave the hotel for your whole stay because you have everything you need at one place - great gastronomy (the breakfast is also delicious), wonderful beach, great sun loungers, geat gym, excellent SPA and most important you get all the rest you need, no disturbing music or whatsoever. We can only highly, highly recommend this hotel for your next stay..

Cons:

We would have loved a beach bag from the hotel, as we didn't bring any and had made the experience from previous 5 Star Hotels that they provide beach bags for their hotel guests
And there is no hotel shop with like bikinis or swim wear, or local art or pottery or clothing from local brands, that was a little missing

Maten. Jag är vegetarian och kan bara tala för det vegetariska utbudet, vilket tyvärr var skralt och höll låg nivå på alla hotellrestauranger (dessutom väldigt dyrt i relation till nivån på maten). Vi valde bort hotellrestaurangerna i den mån vi kunde.

WE LOVED IT!
Pros:

The hotel rooms, facilities, views, grounds, staff, and location were all amazing. We stayed in a Sunset Room, which was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout our stay.

The hotel’s interior was beautiful, and we especially loved the breakfast setting and buffet. It was such a relaxing atmosphere that you could easily spend two hours enjoying breakfast without feeling rushed.

The beach area was gorgeous, with a private sandy beach that never felt overcrowded. It was always easy to find a place to relax. We especially loved the beach sofas—they were incredibly comfortable and a great alternative to the sunbeds if they were occupied. The beach service was excellent, with food and drinks served promptly.

We had lunch twice at the seafood restaurant on the beach, and both meals were fantastic. The lobster pasta and tomato carpaccio were especially delicious and highly recommended.

We also had dinner once at the hotel’s main restaurant, where breakfast is served. It offers a buffet-style dinner with live entertainment, which created a lovely atmosphere. While the food was okay & can be improved.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the town, but we preferred taking a taxi each time. The hotel staff would arrange one for us, and it always arrived quickly. In town, there was always a taxi queue with available cars to take us back to the hotel, so transportation was never an issue. When we visited Elounda, which is farther away, the restaurants there were also happy to call a taxi for us.

Overall, this is the kind of hotel you don’t want to leave. We hardly did, except to head into town for dinner. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Idyllic luxury resort where every need is catered for to the highest level.

What is there not to like?! It is absolutely stunning and everyone was so welcoming, personable and attentive. The room we had was gorgeous and the sunrise in the morning was stunning. The decor is minimalist but pure luxury, the perfect blend. Our room was spacious and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. The pool is beautiful and we thought there was plenty of places to sit by the beach and sunbath. The breakfast is phenomenal! The choices are amazing. Everything is so tasty and so healthy too. The variety is incredible. The food in general was delicious. We will miss all the staff that looked after us!

Cons:

Honestly it was absolutely incredible and if we are being incredibly picky it would be that where you grab your towels for the sun bed towel box it makes a loud bang that everyone can hear. I think a simple fix would be a soft close lid- super simple solution. A hook next to the shower for your towel could be useful and I think emailing out the programmes available beforehand would be great. Then you can pre plan your whole time better. Last thing would be to open the gym at 6am as there is a lot of people who clearly love fitness here at this hotel and it would also help improve how busy it got at 7am.

Super Hotel, wir kommen wieder!

Alles super schön angelegt, grosszügige Anlage mit wundervollem Blick. Alles super modern und analog zu den Bildern.
Das Personal liest einem alle Wünsche von den Lippen ab. Wirklich toll!

Cons:

Für das Spa wird extra berechnet. Für Anwendungen natürlich nachvollziehbar aber für den Rest unseres Erachtens etwas over the top.
