Amazing experience
Pros:

Decor is amazing, beach is beautiful. Staff are amazing and so attentive. Room very comfortable

Cons:

Snack options around the pool and lunch options more limited. A few more bits to choose from would be good. Still hurting from our massages but maybe that’s good….

Ein sehr schönes modernes und gepflegtes Hotel, das Essen im allen Restaurants auf Fine Dining Niveau

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren zwar nett aber lange Wartezeiten teilweise bis etwas passiert und auch unzuverlässig.
Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, es wurde gesagt es sei in einer stunde fertig, dann wieder 5 Minuten u wieder, das sollte in einem 5 Stern Hotel nicht passieren schon gar nicht bei einem
Zimmer Preis von 1200€/ Nacht.
Dann hatten wir am Abflug Tag um 13:00 einen Duschraum reserviert (einen Tag vorher) auch dieser war dann nicht um 13:00 fertig, warum auch immer. Wir konnten dann ins spa duschen gehen. Das ist natürlich kein tolles Kundenservice und kommt auch heutzutage nicht mehr oft in high class hotels vor. Vielleicht sollte man das Personal besser abstimmen.

Sejour parfait pour se detendre dans un environnement d’une grande beauté

L’emplacement est magique et le resort très beau avec ses piscines a débordement.

Cons:

La plage est petite et il faut arriver tôt pour avoir une chaise longue sur la plage.Les restaurants sont chers au regard des plats qui sont relativement simples.

Pros:

Premises location, garden, sea views, cleanliness, yoga classes.
However, the staff at the reception , at restaurants (a la carte side), at spa made the big difference in accomodating tourists during their stay.

Cons:

Air conditioning limited to 23C, removal of personal stuff from the sun beds after someone is away for less than an hour (e.g. while at a yoga class), beach towels not always available in the morning, some rude servers at the breakfast (the only man I saw the whole time of my stay serving on the buffet terrace).
