Lovely large comfortable bed, plenty of pillows.
Nice large bathroom, with a good shower. Room was plenty big enough, with a large TV.
Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food.
Location wise, it was a 35 minute walk into the city centre, along a footpath set back from the road.
Bus into city ran from just behind the hotel, returned along the same route.
We walked in, and got a taxi back later quite easily, which cost us £8, which I thought was quite reasonable.
If you stay here, ask for a room at the back of the hotel, as the road at front is quite busy, and you could hear each passing vehicle quite easily. Windows didn't seem to seal very well, at least from our room.
Very comfortable hotel, lovely reception and lobby area. Very chill vibe. Food was very good in the Library bar and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for me, with no traffic and ample parking. I was also able to have a nice 2k walk into the city centre. I have stayed before and will be back again.

EVERYTHING! The ambience of the lobby was wonderful. We arrived and they had a pianist playing on the grand piano in the huge lobby. Soriha at reception was AMAZING! She was so helpful with getting us settled in and getting us settled in our room. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable.

The staff weren't friendly or any bit welcoming. Nobody working there seemed like they wanted to he there and the food from the bar was below average.
There is ample parking at the hotel & the staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel food was good too including a lovely breakfast.
We had a problem with bedding once we arrived however it was very quickly rectified. We felt the bathroom could have been cleaner.

La fenêtre sans rideau de jour et donnant sur le parking. Il fallait tirer le rideau de nuit pour ne pas être vus; pour avoir de l'intimité.
Le petit-déjeuner ne propose pas une grande diversité: absence totale de viennoiseries, 1 fromage unique qui semble être là depuis la nuit des temps, une salade de fruits sans aucun jus, les œufs au plat qui cuisent depuis x temps et sont cuits durs ... pour le prix TRÈS GROSSE DÉCEPTION.
I was made to feel so welcome here, and staff went out of their way to help me. My room was comfortable and had everything needed. Nice little extras like the clock radio beside the bed. The toiletries provided were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. I arrived just too late for dinner ( and too early for night time room service) but the manager on duty made me a sandwich (see photo)! The location was perfect - close to Derry city and also to Bready Cricket Club.

The room faced the busy main road which meant constant traffic noise and two poor nights sleep
The food in the restaurant in the evening was very small portions and not good value for money, however plenty of places to eat in Derry and about £6 for a taxi each way
