Suited me for business purposes but not sure for leisure break.
Pros:

Convenient to city centre. Good food and beverage. Good and secure parking.

Cons:

Room way too hot with no aircon.

Wonderful stay at Everglades Hotel, will be back.
Pros:

The communal areas and beds were very comfortable. All staff were great but Phinean was by far one of the most efficient helpful and friendly hotel employees we have ever encountered.

Cons:

Room 102 was very noisy due to location and heavy movement of people. The blinds had to be down at all times for privacy from the busy road. Bathroom was very compact.

Wouldn't bother wasting money
Pros:

It was quiet

Cons:

Breakfast was bad didn't even do hash browns
And was overpriced very poor choice not many options for drinks contenital breakfast hardly any options
No aircon
Very Outdated smelled like old people's home and run down
No bath robs
Had lots of problems with the tv

Bed was comfy that was our second visit but after our 2 nights this weekend we won’t be back
Pros:

Bed & pillows were very comfy

Cons:

Our room was a deluxe room didn’t like the large window as i had to pull the curtains for privacy 1 of our bedside lights was broken with no light shade for the price off 2 nights would like it perfect
Our food was slightly burnt an had to wait 45 minutes for it hotel wasn’t busy disappointed

Well presented hotel, could not fault the venue, cleanliness, staff or breakfast. Beer expensive.
Pros:

Nice hotel but a little out of the city, great car parking and a good choice if your looking to stay put.

Cons:

Bar costs, very expensive.
