Pros:

Hotel is clean, but area is very noise so if you are looking for place to rest in the evening this will not be your best choice. In the heart of downtown with a lot of options for coffee, food, shopping,…staff is very nice and professional

Cons:

Disappointed about parking, its not clearly mentioned that the parking is chargeable 20e per day.

Very central established and competent hotel. Very friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

I walked to the property from the ferry port. It was very central and easy to find. Staff were super helpful with luggage storage and advice.

Très bon séjour avec emplacement idéal.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec literie très grande. Emplacement proche des centre d’interets (commerce et musées). Transport en commun, taxi au pied de l’hotel.

It was ideal for an overnight stay
Pros:

The location was excellent. We didn’t have breakfast and the room was ideal.

Cons:

There wasn’t enough tea or coffee for two people to have the same type. There also wasn’t any milk.I don’t know if they hadn’t been refilled or that is normal. In my BanB I refill after each guest with enough for their stay.
