Pros:

Schöner Pool und nette Rooftopbar. Sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Pros:

Dit hotel was echt super!
De locatie is top. Het is midden in het centrum van Heraklion, dus overal dicht bij.
Bij het ontbijt was er veel keuze en het was fijn dat je hier al vanaf 7 uur terecht kon.
De parkeer service was ideaal, je parkeert de auto voor het hotel, levert je sleutels in en indien je hem nodig hebt bel je 20 minuten vooraf en staat die weer voor je klaar.
Het zwembad was ook een heerlijke verkoeling na een actieve ochtend. Er zijn genoeg bedjes en mogelijkheid om eten en drinken te bestellen aan het zwembad.

Πολύ κεντρικό πάνω ακριβώς στην πλατεία. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό.

Cons:

Δυστυχώς είχε θόρυβο από το rooftop bar μέχρι αργά το βράδυ. Όταν σταμάτησε η μουσική γύρωστις 23¨00 δεν υπήρχε καμία ενόχληση όμως καθώς το δωμάτιο μου έβλεπε στην εσωτερική αυλή.

Good facilities and perfect location
Pros:

We always choose the Capsis Astoria when staying in Heraklion because it provides just what we want. The rooms are comfortable and, on this occasion, particularly spacious, the breakfast is excellent, the central location is perfect (close to the museum, restaurants, the ferry port, bus station, etc. ... and the transfer to the airport by bus is easy) and the swimming pool on the roof is the icing on the cake

Pleasant overall. There was one female desk attendant who provided exceptional service.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is very good,

Cons:

Bathroom was inconvenient and awkward space. No Light over sink area was very bad. Pool area was only adequate needs renovation. 1 towel limit was not very practical.

Classic hotel in the center of Heraklion
Pros:

The expansive view from the room over Independence square up to the mountains and the sea was exhilerating.
The staff was very helpful and the breakfast had great variety. THe lunch at the restaurant was good and the space was pleasant opening to charming street. The location is very convenient

A pleasant stay and value for money.
Pros:

Location is very good as everything in Heraklion was walkable. Breakfast was very good with mix of cold and hot food.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and is recommended.

Cons:

They provided two water bottle only first day rest of the days and had no other drinking water facility. And swimming pool is on terrace and time is limited between 10 - 6pm.
And Nearest beach is 15 min drive or more than one hour walk.

Άνετη διαμονή με πολύ καλό πρωινό και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση.
Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική, ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε αξιοθέατα, καταστήματα και εστιατόρια. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μας δυσαρέστησε. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Όλα μια χαρά ήτανε. Και τα δωμάτια και η τοποθεσία και το πρωϊνό. Άψογα!
