Χωρίς κατανόηση και ευελιξία σε εξωγενή παράγοντα (αλλαγή άφιξης αναχώρηση καραβιού-και αλλαγή αυτού την τελευταία στιγμή) σε αλλαγή ημερομηνία κρατήσης που ούτε και μετά από μεσολάβηση του booking υπέρ αυτού δεν έγινε αποδεκτή-κάτι που στο σύνολο της επικράτειας αλλά κ εξωτερικόυ δεν έχει ξανασυμβεί.

Pros:

Very convenient location, and the hotel was refurbished completely since my last stay. My room was spacious with balcony, interesting and great safety box, kettle and fridge. The bathroom was really nice, and the breakfast was excellent.

Great location to explore Heraklion.
Pros:

At the center of everything.

Cons:

Nightlife is loud. Don‘t choose it, if loud noises at night bother you.
When we were there beginning of April, the Pool and rooftop bar were not yet open.

Das Hotel war gut, aber es sollte auch die Möglichkeit der Nichtnutzung erwähnt werden
Pros:

Hilfe alles gut, wir haben auch ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Personal hatte sich auch um die Parkmöglichkeit gekümmert.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel auch ausgewählt wegen der Sonne und Pool Möglichkeit auf dem Dach. Leider war in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht zu erkennen, dass weder der Pool noch das Dach zum Sonnenbaden genutzt werden können. Das wäre immerhin einen Hinweis wert gewesen.

Service de valet (20€), vu l'absence de stationnements et de garage. Personnel tres aimable.

Lavabo dans la chambre... Meme avec un design futuriste, cela reste un anachronisme...
