Výborná poloha hotelu. Kousek do centra. Přímo na zastávce MHD odkud jezdí autobusy i na letiště každou chvíli.

Very nice hotel, in perfect location, with excellent breakfast and clean rooms
Pros:

It's a very nice hotel right in the center of town, the room was very clean and well equipped and breakfast is excellent. There is only valet parking, but there is some street parking in the area. I'd definitely stay there again.

Cons:

There is no free parking, but that's ok, given the fact that this hotel is in the touristy center of town.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Capsis Astoria Heraklion and would highly recommend it, especially for first-time visitors to Heraklion. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, within walking distance of the best local restaurants, a wide range of shops, and cultural spots, and very conveniently connected to the Palace of Knossos by public transport. The bus station is literally a minute away.
The hotel itself is really comfortable, the rooms are stylish and well-equipped, and if you have a city-view room, the morning views are absolutely lovely.
The breakfast was excellent—wide selection, high quality, and very tasty. I was also particularly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who made the stay feel welcoming and smooth from start to finish.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing about the hotel itself that I didn’t like. I stayed during winter, so the rooftop/top floor was closed, which is completely understandable given the season.
