The staff at the front desk, very nice and helpful. The lady at the bar, supperb service. Probably the best that attended mi during my stay. Roof top real nice.
Breakfast to poor, not much variety. Fruit bar good but fruit was simple, not really good. Should have more people serving during breakfast, to long a wait for coffee. had to stand up to get coffee. Ketchup, Please you charge enough to put fountains or a serving spot to get. not this sachets that are a pain to open. Bacon, please serve real bacon not this pressed one that doesn´t taste no where near real bacon.

La habitación estuvo maravillosa. La cama súper cómoda. Espacios grandes. El baño muy bien. Las instalaciones del lobby y el desayuno están MUY bien. Una zona muy bien conectada, cerca al parque de la 93.
Las zonas húmedas están un poco anticuadas y algo viejas.
Convenient for the purpose of my stay.
Breakfast choice was limited. Steam room, sauna and gym all in need of some cosmetic improvement due to peeling paintwork and crumbling paster. Some (but not all) of the staff were grumpy, I assume because they were unhappy to be working during the long weekend. The hotel feels quite cold and lacking in atmosphere.
The breakfast was incredible. Huge selection, couldn't ask for more. The staff was also very nice and helpful, but not always attentive in the restaurant.
The price quoted for transport to the hotel was almost twice what Uber charged. Upon returning to the airport they arranged a ride that matched Ubers prices (not sure why they didn't do that the first time). The room and elevators were dated. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The restaurant was very expensive for the quality of service and food. But everything else was comfortable and clean and the staff was helpful.
