Muy buen hotel, seguro, bien localizado y con muy buen desayuno
Pros:

Muy buen hotel. El personal muy ameno y servicial. Las facilidades muy cómodas. El desayuno bufé muy bueno. Muy buena ubicación, cerca del Parque de la 93, cafés y restaurantes excelentes. El gimnasio es una ventaja y tienen un café en el mismo hotel.

Cons:

Tenían la entrada al lobby principal cerrada. La base de la cama y algunas otras comodidades de la habitación no estaban en las mejores condiciones. El aire de momento tumbaba y el cuarto se ponía algo caluroso. Se escuchaban las ambulancias.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Could use more help in the breakfast service. It's still above average but was Exellent my last visit. Especially the coffee guy seemed to being double duty and coffee service was lacking.

La calidez de los espacios y del personal

Cons:

Calidad cocina mediterráneo. Muy buena presentación pero le falta un poco de calidad en la preparación . Postre de tarta de chocolate muy bueno.

Bof pour un hôtel de" haut standing"

Le personnel du restaurant ainsi que celui de la piscine était très accueillant et agréable.

Cons:

Nous avons constaté une différence d’accueil à la réception ; selon le personnel présent, l’accueil était plus ou moins chaleureux, ce qui est regrettable pour un hôtel dit “luxe”.
Lors du check-out, la chambre n’a pas été vérifiée par la housekeeping. Il nous a été demandé si nous avons utilisé la brosse à dents et la grande bouteille d’eau, ce qui n'est bien sûr pas le cas. On nous a fait signé une sorte de "décharge".
A noter également, une odeur d'humidité dans le couloir du 2éme étage. Mauvaise insonorisation.

La comida me pareció muy buena, desayuno con bastantes opciones (Buffet), cene en el lugar los platos vegetarianos son muy buenos.

Cons:

Habia una zona en el piso en el que se encontraba mi habitación que tenía muy mal olor (como a excremento de perro) :(

Hotel bien ubicado, con potencial, pero urgido de inversion y renovacion.
Pros:

Me gusto en la idea de tener un spa, ahora esta idea podria estar mejor ejecutada.

Cons:

1) instalaciones de spa ya estan outdated, deben ser remodeladas. Se sienten un poco sucias tambien.
2) las habitaciones tienen un diseño de los años 90, ya otros hoteles de la zona sacan una gran ventaja en esto, a mejores precios por noche inclusive.
3) en equipamiento hay que invertir un poco. Un 5 estrellas no puede tener un minibar casero, que te despierta cada hora con el sonido. Tienen que ser minibares hoteleros.
