The Pool, Spa and wet areas operate from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closed on the 1st Monday of each month.
The Gym operates from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, closed on Sunday.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hola, me agradó demasiado la atención brindada, la atención de cada uno del personal fue super amable, correcta y sobre todo se mostró la preocupación para que estuviéramos a gusto, los pequeños detalles hacen la diferencia, agradezco el detalle de mi cumpleaños, disfruté mucho la estadía, volveremos sin duda.

Siento que le faltaban muchas opciones en el desayuno. Apenas un poco de panes y opciones de huevos, pero no había yogurt, por ejemplo.
I love Casa Dan.. they have the most helpful staff in all of Bogota I think. They do everything they can to make it the best experience and they always follow their rules. The pool in the spa are nice and I got one of the luxury rooms on the seventh floor that was absolutely stunning. Huge with 180° view of the sunset and the mountains. They let me play music all night if I want to as the rooms are soundproof. The breakfast is the best buffet I've ever had at a hotel, and worse comes to worst you can always order their 24-hour room service which is good as well. I can't say enough about this hotel it's awesome. One of the drivers out front, who are available 24 hours a day on the spot, drove me around Bogota looking for a bicycle to ride on my vacation and he stuck with it until we found what we were looking for. Precio es diferente al de booking
Habitacion 208, tiene barandas en la ducha para personas con discapacidad, me ubicaron una silla para la ducha, pero el piso no ofrece una condicion anti-deslizante, al tener el mismo nivel el piso de la ducha con el resto del baño se va llenando de agua, las muletas se resbalan en el piso humedo, salir de la ducha o moverse dentro de ella para abrir o cerrar el agua, graduar la temperatura son operaciones criticas, sufri mucho y me senti muy inseguro, tube que salir de la ducha gateando.
