The facilities were great
My air con kept on breaking in the night, I had a very early flight to catch the next day so I didn’t sleep great at all. The staff gave me a fan instead which was okay but I could've booked elsewhere for a lot cheaper, this was very annoying and would’ve liked to have changed rooms. When it came to ordering food, the staff weren’t helpful at all, I went elsewhere for food as they weren’t helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again for the price

Creo que en un hotel de este tipo deberian ofrecer a sus huespedes café de calidad, compramos dos americanos en $24mil pesos que realmente no valdrian mas de $4mil
En la cena, tuvimos la mala suerte de que en medio de la comida nos salio un alambre!!! en un bocado. Y al mostrarle a la mesera, ofrecio cambiar el plato, pero la verdad ya no era una opcion en ese momento, pies estabamos a punto de terminar la cena
