The Pool, Spa and wet areas operate from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closed on the 1st Monday of each month.
The Gym operates from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, closed on Sunday.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Ubicación y excelente atención del personal …!
La edificación es muy bonita sin embargo el estado en general de pasillos de habitaciones y habitaciones es deficiente, las alfombras sucias, papel decorativo en paredes despegado en algunos pasillos, las cortinas de habitaciones se nota que tiene mucho tiempo que no las lavan, todo eso le quieta frescura al hotel, en resumen vimos un edificio muy bonito pero muy mal mantenido …nuestra habitación era la 322 y en dos oportunidades tuvimos que llamar a la recepción a notificar el olor a basura que había en la entrada de nuestra habitación … lo que sí se ve impecable es el piso 1, mármol brillante y baños limpios…

The pool and sauna
The breakfast could use a little variety, like more options. The calentao could be changed for something else, specially for us who stayed 3 nights, it was there the entire time. Also, the room was dusty, improve the cleaning service. We got in the room and it smelled dusty from the start.
El area de la piscina es muy buena, jacuzzy, piscina climatizada, spa y el personal allí muy amable, el desayuno es bastante completo y variado
El personal en la recepción es extremadamente descortés, esperas un poco mas de empatía con situaciones que claramente fueron nuestra culpa ya que teníamos pendiente una parte del pago (50%) por un error de tramite pero Johan en recepción en vez de mostrarse empatico te hace sentir como si trataras de estafarlos el servicio tampoco es muy bueno en el desayuno ya que si bajas y hay muchas personas tienes que rogar por unos cubiertos, la propiedad me encanta es mi segunda vez pero creo que el servicio te hace buscar opciones
The hotel acknowledged my complaints and apologized for issues with hot water, water pressure, and the safe. Unfortunately, not all of them were resolved during my stay. They mentioned improving their processes and offered a special treatment for a future visit (which was not kept). While I appreciate the follow-up, my experience at the time was mixed.
El grandioso servicio de todo su personal
Que las zonas húmedas solo sean hasta las 9:30 pm en otros hoteles son 24 horas solo debe uno solicitarlas en la recepción con 20 minutos de anticipación para que enciendan las maquinas.
Personal muy amable y respetuoso.
Las alfombras recogen mucho polvo. El piso del baño es muy liso.

Que estábamos desayunando y tan pronto son las 10 recogen todo, dejándolo a uno sin probar varias cosas.
