Wouldn’t come back and probably wouldn’t visit Tunisia again
Pros:

Poor holiday in general, alcoholic drinks are awful - spirits all syrup style and make drinks instantly flat - beer as is any all inclusive.
Room’s adequate, needs met fine, water came out brown for first 3 minutes as room clearly not used recently, nice view, nice size and tv good size.
Staff - not seen 1 bad member, bar staff brilliant, quick on the ball to replace drinks.
Hamzah in the entertainment team a nice lad, played darts Boules and archery with him and a good laugh.
Reception friendly, shop guy lovely.
Restaurant absolute dreadful! Food all Tunisian style, advertised as international but I mean dreadful. No chips 4 out of the 5 days even when requested. Breakfast inedible. Eggs undercooked, no bread available for toast. Genuinely terrible all around

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful. We have had a short 3 night stay & it has been brilliant. The hotel staff are all faultless, very polite and welcoming. Thankyou to the amazing chefs, I am a serious cook and you have not disappointed. Your food has been fresh and delicious. The other staff, including the room attendants are all faultless, cheerful and polite. The standards of cleanliness are high and the rooms are large and comfortable. Overall our stay has been relaxing and enjoyable and we would highly recommend the Marco Polo, Jasmine Hammamwt

Graet stay
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Marco Polo Hotel. The rooms were clean ( very good cleaning ladies) and well maintained, and the staff at the bar and reception were very friendly and professional. The animation team did an excellent job every day and brought great energy to the hotel. Everything was in perfect condition, all amenities were available, and the overall care was outstanding. Highly recommended. We loved the inside pool.
