La piscine super avec de la bonne musique varié et agréable. La taille du lit et notre contact dans l'hôtel Cyrine et le personnel de manière général très agréable.
Beau et bon buffet parfois de l'attente pour avoir certain plat (frites, pizza)

The swimming board and facilities and good surface

Great place to spend vacation with family, the staff were exceptionally fantastic and friendly, special thanks to Cyrine and Halima for their help and hospitality. The pool and the bar was heavenly and unique. Will definitely visit again.

Absolument tout sans aucune difficulté à être compris ,écouter vos besoins et bien installé et tout à la portée de la main 🖐️ .de la plage piscine et à la réception c agréable d’y revenir et un bo point plus pour Cyrine de guest relation ainsi que le directeur de cet établissement qui mérite 5* et a été plus connu en Europe c la 2 eme ou 3 eme visite et c toujours aussi agréable merci de m’avoir donné du sourire 🙂 et oublier mes soucis c l’hôtel le plus conseiller à hammamet pourtant g fait des 5 * mais celui les veut largement ❤️

I had a mixed experience at Concorde Marco Polo. There are definitely strong points: the hotel itself is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The cleaning team is fantastic — always polite and doing an excellent job. The pool area is also very nice, relaxing, and well maintained.However, the food and drinks were a big let‑down, especially for a 4‑star hotel, where the standard should be much higher. The cocktails taste like syrup, and the restaurant really needs improvement. Many dishes were too oily, others had no seasoning, and sometimes the food was unexpectedly very spicy. Some items weren’t even labelled, which made choosing food difficult.
Overall, the food quality was far below expectations and affected the overall stay.With better food and drinks, this hotel could easily be a great 4‑star experience — but for now, it feels more like a 3‑star stay.

This visit to Marco Polo was my third, and I booked my fourth before I left the hotel. I first visited in August 2025 without my children and knew within my first 24 hours that I would return to bring them with me. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, kept cool/warm whichever you desire, and cleaned beautifully by the ladies that do this. The reception staff are the best I have ever come across with Cyrine from guest relations always acting in the guests best interests. I have never been somewhere and felt like I have made a friend in the staff but Cyrine really went above and beyond to ensure mine and my children’s comfort during our stay, her attention to detail with each individual guest is second to none. Always checking in with us and making sure our stay was running smoothly. The food here is beautiful with a lot of options to suit everybody far and wide, the restaurant staff are amazing and really treat you so well. I don’t think we got ourselves a single drink during a meal. The bar stuff always had jokes with the children and remembered their names, and the entertainment staff had my children laughing from their belly every day. This hotel is really beautiful and you will not find another like it anywhere in the world. Everything is 5 star!
