Ci è piaciuto tutto, moltissimo! Il personale tutto, molto gentile e disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta. I ragazzi dell'animazione sono stati semplicemente meravigliosi. Jesser, in arte Willy, Nadine, Yomna e Rajah tutti molto bravi e coinvolgenti. Il cibo buonissimo e con una varietà di scelta impressionante. Siamo stati tanto coccolati . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

L'hotel ideale
Pros:

È decisamente uno degli hotel migliori di Hammamet. Non manca nulla. Accoglienza, comfort, spazi perfetti, cibo ottimo, personale impeccabile. Un riferimento ogni volta che passiamo di qui.

Exceptional stay! Love it.
Pros:

This hotel is simply amazing. I travelled to Tunisia and checked into another hotel only to check out after a few nights into this hotel Marco Polo and wow wow wow! It smells so good, rooms are so clean, staff are friendly, food was exceptional and location couldn’t be better. I will be back in the summer.

Not worth a penny
Pros:

experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The first room we were given had no working air conditioning, which was unbearable given the heat outside. The room itself—and the hotel overall—felt extremely outdated and in need of major refurbishment. When maintenance finally came to fix the AC, they left a huge mess behind, and the vent began leaking puddles of water, causing my partner to slip. We had also paid for a safe, but it took a very long time for staff to come and set it up. After several complaints, we were eventually moved to another room. The new room had a nicer view, but unfortunately, the AC once again didn’t work. We were then moved to a third room where the AC worked properly, but this room had issues with cockroaches and mosquitos through the holes in the room and the bathroom. At that point, we gave up complaining. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and underwhelming—especially considering the price we paid. This hotel desperately needs improvement, both in facilities and in service.

Bon hotel avec personnel très accueillant
Pros:

le personnel etait gentille, les chambres correctes dans l'ensemble. Le chauffage bien fonctionnel.
Grande Piscine pouverte.
Petit déjeuner correct dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Qualité de diner moyenne
Salle de sport non bien fonctionnelle : matériel manquant et défaillant entre autres.
Manque d'activité pour enfants.
