Graet stay
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Marco Polo Hotel. The rooms were clean ( very good cleaning ladies) and well maintained, and the staff at the bar and reception were very friendly and professional. The animation team did an excellent job every day and brought great energy to the hotel. Everything was in perfect condition, all amenities were available, and the overall care was outstanding. Highly recommended. We loved the inside pool.

C’est avec le cœur Lourd que nous quittons cette destination et cet etablissement… le personnel de l’hôtel est incroyablement serviable.

Je ne pourrais citer tout le Monde mais, merci aux réceptionnistes qui nous ont accueillis, Merci aux serveurs, qui nous ont garanti un service agréable et sur-mesure, merci aux animateurs qui nous ont donné le sourire tout le long de ce voyage. Manel, Nadine, Soleil, Majdi…. les lifeguards qui ont été nos super héros du voyage en aidant chaque jour mon père (qui est une personne a mobilité réduite) à accéder à la piscine! Merci aux femmes de ménage comme Imen et aussi les bagagistes, Tarek, pour toujours nous garantir le confort… nous avons créés de vraies belles amitiés avec des personnes naturelles et toujours prêtes à aider et donner le sourire…

En ce qui concerne l’hôtel, il est très beau, les chambres confortables, et on y mange très bien, les cuisiniers nous sont régalés. Les animations sont bien construites le soir. Et nous avons pu assister à des spectacles traditionnels divins.

Pour résumer, merci pour ce séjour. Merci pour l’amour. Merci pour les rires, c’est inoubliable.

Cons:

La seule chose que je n’ai pas vraiment aimé, et cela n’a rien à voir avec l’établissement… c’est parfois l’attitude de certains clients, qui a mon sens, ne remerciaient pas suffisamment le personnel qui se plie en quatre pour que nous nous sentions bien, notamment à l’heure du repas. Ils font des métiers très prenants. Et je trouve que c’est parfois trop banalisé vu qu’il s’agit d’un All inclusive. Ça m’est d’ailleurs arrivé de leur en parler, mais eux, n’y voient même pas un problème… car ils ont conscience que les gens sont en vacances pour profiter, et ne pas trop penser… Même avec ça, il y a beaucoup de respect.

L’ambiance et la propreté sont globalement satisfaisantes. En revanche, j’ai moins apprécié le manque de choix dans les repas. Ce serait un point à améliorer.
Concernant l’animation, les animateurs portent une attention particulière aux touristes étrangers. Je comprends le désir de valoriser ces visiteurs, mais il serait juste que les clients tunisiens bénéficient du même niveau de service et d’attention.

would like to go again in future, overall, it was good
Pros:

view, animation, drink, staff, and food were all good. they have nice pool and good activity

Cons:

Rooms need more work and maintenance. was surprise that there were no slippers, staff from cleaning team said they don't have slippers at all
