Tout état bon. Piscine propre, très bonne animation. Les animateurs etaient très agréables.

Pros:

Je suis avec ma femme habitués des lieux depuis une dizaine d'années et sommes toujours bien soignés, surtout coté personnel. (A noter surtout le professionnalisme du personnel à la réception).
Notre chambre (502) était bien entretenue comme à l’accoutumée, et la climatisation fonctionnait impeccablement.

Cons:

Le seul désagrément cette fois-ci provient de la sono qui diffusait des airs déjantés et à tue-tête à longueur de journée !
Petite recommandation : penser à installer une télé plus grande que l'existante et soigner davantage la connexion satellitaire.

Un hôtel 5 étoiles sur le papier, mais qui mérite à peine 3 étoiles en réalité.
Cons:

Je souhaite exprimer ma profonde déception concernant mon séjour dans cet hôtel, qui est pourtant classé 5 étoiles. Malheureusement, au vu de la qualité des services proposés, il ne mérite selon moi pas plus de 3 étoiles.

Les plats servis étaient loin d’être à la hauteur d’un établissement 5 étoiles et n’étaient vraiment pas bons.

La chambre dégageait également une forte odeur désagréable d’humidité, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable.

Concernant la piscine, elle était pleine de sable et manquait clairement d’entretien. De plus, il n’y avait pas suffisamment de serviettes disponibles, ce qui est totalement inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience vraiment catastrophique et très décevante. Le niveau de service et de propreté est loin de correspondre à ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Cons:

My room had a connecting door to the adjacent room, and at approximately 1:30 am my next-door neighbor attempted to enter my room. I was startled awake because I felt the connecting door being opened, which was extremely frightening.
I immediately barricaded the door with a table and two chairs and called the front desk. Although staff responded quickly, they failed to properly secure the connecting door or provide an effective solution to ensure my safety.
As a result, I spent the rest of the night awake, fearful that someone could enter my room. I was unable to sleep at all. The purpose of my stay was to relax…but instead I experienced a stressful and frightening night. This situation reflects a serious lapse in guest safety and security, and it significantly affected my stay… I am expecting the hotel to take action this morning….including a refund and that they will take this matter seriously and implement measures to prevent this from happening to future guests…
