good location but comfort need to be improved (bed quality)
Pros:

good location , stop for tram and bus in front of hotel 3 min walk to the castle and main shopping streets

Cons:

ventilation bruyante et qui ne refroissait pas - lit dont les ressorts grincaient à chaque respiration ! probleme indiqué à la reception qui s'est excusee mais n'a rien fait de concret - L'hotel insiste pour indiquer que le menage peut ne pas etre fait comme si ca n'est pas une des prestations attendues pour une chambre d'hotel (sejour 3 semaines au japon et probleme recurrent , les hotels essayent de reduire le menage au minimum sous pretexte de sauver la planete)

Pros:

わかりやすい立地。
アイス屋さんが近くにある。
駐車場のスタッフの方が親切でした。

Cons:

初日のシャワーカーテンのサイズがあっておらず、洗面所を水浸しにしてしまった。（2日目は変更されていました）

Pros:

ホテルとしてはシティーホテルの部類に入ると思うが、部屋の広さ、ベッド、ピローの質も私達にとってはちょうど良いものだったので、この次も利用したいと思う。

Cons:

トイレに前の使用者の髪の毛が落ちていたので、大幅なマイナス点。

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and we had a newly renovated room (2026) with a great bathroom. The location near the castle and market was perfect. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Cons:

The room was great and the bed very comfortable. If only they'd also changed the bed cover when doing the renovation.

Pros:

Great location, close to tram stops and shopping areas; the laundry downstairs was easy to use, cheap and quick; breakfast was plentiful and tasty; the lounge looking over the garden was very pleasant; there were lots of umbrellas for wet days; the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Cons:

We didn't realise there wouldn't be any food or drink available in the hotel at all, except for breakfast.
Once we'd worked out what we needed and bought it (eg bottled water, coffee etc) we were fine.
