La posizione, la pulizia e l’abbondanza e varietà della colazione

Do excelente café da manhã e o must foram os brotos de agrião que cortávamos com uma tesoura. Funcionários sempre muito atenciosos e gentis. Da excelente localização, próximo à estação central de trem e do Jardim de Tívoli, além de outras atrações.
Da limpeza que só fazem de 4 em 4 dias e da péssima cama, além do que pedimos casal e juntaram 2 de solteiro, e obviamente "partia no meio". Quarto e cabeceira pra colocar objetos(celular, livro, óculos), muito pequenos.
Breakfast was brilliant, well attended by the staff and plenty of variety. The hotel staff were very helpful anf friendly and the hotel is very well situated for getting to all the city's attractions.
The aircon didn't appear to be working and opening the window wasn't easy.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und es wird laufend aufgefüllt. Das sich der Gast vorab melden muss wann er ungefähr essen will hilft, dass jeder ohne grosse Wartezeit einen Tisch erhält.
Mein Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, hatte alles was notwendig war. Die Reinigung kam nicht täglich jedoch in genügendem Abstand.
Das Hotel an sich ist an bester Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Gehdistanz, der Hauptbahnhof ebenso.

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The common area with all the sofas and sitting area was unexpectedly very handy!
They only clean the room every 4 days, so they didn’t clean the room the whole we were there (4 days) and that’s fine when it comes to bedding and towels for me, but we were 3 people in a room, the garbage was full and the trash didn’t fit anymore.

The room was clean and the location was ideal. The hotel was very quick and easy to reach from Copenhagen Central Station, with Tivoli and City Hall Square both on the same street. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within the immediate area.
The hotel felt more like a hostel than a hotel. We knew we were booking a fairly minimal property with fewer facilities for a short stay, but even with that expectation, it didn’t feel like the overall offering justified the price compared with similar hotels.
The luggage storage was also a concern. Bags are kept in a shared cupboard that guests can access by collecting a key from reception, so there is a risk of luggage being taken accidentally or potentially stolen. A more secure, controlled storage system would have been reassuring.
Top locatie. Op nog geen 10 min lopen van het centraal station waar veel bussen, treinen en 2 metro lijnen vertrekken.
Fijn hotel. Alles was er. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Hotelkamer was ruim.
Receptie personeel dacht met je mee. Dat was erg fijn.
Het ontbijt was erg druk.
