Pros:

Assigned room was very quiet even though we were at a lower floor and facing the main road. Room size for Twin room (17 m) is good for couple. Wish that a floor towel for bath room could be available as it's wet getting out of the bathtub and onto the floor with wet feet. Bathtub is slippery for older people.

Cons:

Not much, except that it's a popular and pretty crowded hotel.

Özellikle temizliği ve kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Çalışanları da güleryüzlüydü.

Cons:

Yeşil dünyayı koruyalım adı altında günlük havlu verilmemesi, resepsiyondan isteyin denmesi, odaya su ısıtıcısı verilmemesi çok iyi bir uygulama değil. Kötü bir kar etme yöntemi.

Bon séjour mais la fatigue s’accumule avec les mauvaises nuits dues au matelas.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait et le cadre très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la propreté.
Le petit déjeuner est plus copieux le week-end.

Cons:

La qualité des matelas est à revoir. Dommage pour un hôtel!

Great location and friendly welcoming staff
Pros:

The location was great since it was just a few minute walk from the train station and from Tivoli Gardens. The staff was great- everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dining space for breakfast was really enjoyable- plenty of space to sit and eat and also a bright, comfortable space.

Cons:

Only one small thing that was a bit tricky is that the tub in the bathroom was a bit high to step into and a bit narrow. Other than that everything else in the room was great.

סביר, השירות משפיע, אולי תחפשו מקום אחר

המיקום נוח להגיע כדי להגיע לאזור הקניות, קרוב לתחנה המרכזית, יש סופר צמוד ו7/11 קטן. המיטה נוחה. חדר מרווח. כספת נוחה.

Cons:

הזרם במקלחת היה ממש ממש חלש ברמה שבקושי אפשר היה להוריד שמפו מהשיער והמים לא היו ממש חמים. הכיור כל הזמן נסתם. אין תאורה בחדר, ממש חשוך ואם רוצים אור צריך לפתוח וילון אבל זה כל הרחוב רואה את החדר. הצוות הרגיש אדיש וקר וכל בקשה הרגישה כאילו הם עושים טובה.מנקים את החדר רק פעם ב4 ימים, אם רוצים ניקיון צריך לפנות לקבלה כנראה. לנו לא הייתה החדר מרפסת לעישון, זה לא היה נגיש במלון, עמדנו בחוץ ברחוב כי אין פינה מוסדרת.

Keine Fenster nach aussen. Fenster uum Frühstücksraum. Daher nicht zu öffnen wegen Musik, Lärm, etc.

Posizione dell'albergo e piena corrispondenza dei servizio ricevuti rispetto a quanto indicato in sede di prenotazione. Non comprendo le recensioni negative circa la pulizia ogni 4 giorni, visto che era chiaramente indicata; condivido che forse poteva essere più approfondita. C'è comunque massima disponibilità verso richieste di ulteriori cuscini, asciugamani e quant'altro. Personale cortese e disponibile. Apprezzabile il free coffee e free tea per chi scarica la app della catena.

Cons:

Nessun particolare rilievo negativo. Forse doterei, nonostante il tipo di ospitalità minimalista, le camere di un telefono. Apprezzabile sarebbe poter avere delle stanza anche con la cabina doccia e non con la vasca che risulta disagevole per chi ha problemi o per gli anziani. Va, in ogni caso, monitorato il calcare nei soffioni delle docce perché la scarsa attenzione a tale aspetto determina una pressione dell'acqua assai bassa.

Pros:

チェックインは15時だったのですが、この日はコペンハーゲンでのイベントかなんかで、今までにない混雑具合で15時でもまだホテルの清掃が追いついていないとのこと。
ただ受付の横にあるバーで、待っている間、何か好きなものを注文していいですよ！と言われ、並々に継がれたスパークリングワインを飲んで待つことに。
あと、ラウンドリーのドアが開かなくなるトラブルがあっても、気持ちよく対応してくれました。

Cons:

ラウンドリーの使い方について、どこでトークンを買うとかの説明があると嬉しいと思います
