In my opinion, this hotel is over rated. To be avoided

Cons:

This was not a hotel, they didn't clean the rooms, also did not change the towels , no complimentary water, while we stayed there. No flexibility for check in, a long que for check in at 15:00. Super small room. Not so comfortable beds

No safety deposit box in the room !
Pros:

Picked this hotel for the location - central and around 5 mins walk to the main station (easy to / from the airport, etc.) Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good. This makes up for a lot of deficiencies. See below !

Cons:

So Copenhagen is an expensive city, but this hotel is not what 95% of people would call 'cheap'. There are a few essentials the 95% of people would say are missing. The top 3 for me are 1) No safety deposit box in the room, so you are going to have to either carry your valuables with you all day and night (camera(s), iPad / laptop, etc.) or risk leaving it in your room. 2) No fridge in the room 3) No kettle for making a hot drink. I'd add that the public wifi is open - no password. I have data and VPN and would never use such a network for any application or email. If you are staying longer note that there is no daily cleaning - just a 'light' clean on the 4th day.

Schönes Hotel für eine Städtereise
Pros:

Super Lage, sind mit dem Auto angereist, unkompliziertes Parken, sehr nettes Personal, gemütliches Stadthotel, gutes Frühstück, alles vorhanden, was man für einen Stadturlaub braucht. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung, vieles fußläufig erreichbar, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gym im Haus

Cons:

Zu wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer und für drei Personen etwas eng, da die einzige Sitzgelegenheit im Raum als drittes Bett genutzt wird.

Kahvaltısını beğendim, personel sayısı çok az, ama yine ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar.

Check-in ve bara bakan bir kişi koymuşlar, otele giriş yaparken deskin orda uzun bir kuyruk vardı, belki cuma akşamı olduğu için ,önünüzde arkadaki sıraya önemsemeden saatlerce soru sormak isteyen insanlar varsa vay halinize. Bizim öyle oldu. Lobide ücretsiz çay-kahve servisi var, ama bardak yok. Bazende sıcak su olmuyordu. Servis alanında bardak yok. Bardak almak içinde bara ve rezervasyon deskine bakan kişinin boşluğunu kovalamanız gerekiyor. Güvenlik için kartlı sistem ile giriş koymuşlar her kata.Evet bu işi önemsemişler, ama kapıların hemen arkasındaki yâda yanındaki odada iseniz çok kötü.Uykuyu unutun , hem üst kattaki hemde kendi katınızdaki kapılardan gelen ciddi ses var. Ne olurki demeyin, yorgunluktan bile daldığınızda uyandırabiliyor. Mesaj attım, konuştum. Dönüş olmadı. En azından giriş yaparken bu konuda bilgi verilmesi gerekiyor. Aile için hiç uygun bir oda değildi kesinlikle.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña y no tenía armario. La limpian cada cuatro noches y no cambian toallas ni recogen papeleras, nada. La cama tenía un futón y un edredón con funda simplemente y en la habitación no había ni una silla para sentarse, ni una mesa, nada. Tuvimos que dejar la ropa en la maleta porque no tenía armario y las mesillas eran una pequeña balda en la pared.

Sehr gutes 3 Sterne Hotel nahe am Bahnhof und Tivoli, ruhige Zimmer, freundliches Personal
Pros:

Nahe gelegen am Kopenhagener Hauptbahnhof, 8 Minuten zu Fuß, alles Fuß läufig oder mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer in den Innenhof schaubar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr umweltfreundlich. Internationale Kunden. Lecker Frühstücksbuffet auch gesund.

Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel hat uns alles gefallen.

Pros:

This hotel has been my go-to for a long time now. It's a great place to stay. The hotel has a strong eco policy, so don't expect new towels every day and cleaning, but do expect a very comfortable bed, a great shower and a fantastic breakfast. It's very clean, rooms are basic but have what you need and it's in a perfect location for everything. As a single female, I felt perfectly safe staying here. The breakfast alone is worth the money - so many delicious choices! Staff are friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay and will be back again next time.
