Stayed before and returned as it’s a small hotel with lovely little bar area .
For the cost and how the hotel prides itself on its food .. breakfast was very mediocre, with guest having to regularly ask for the continental side to be replenished and constantly running out of juices . Tables not cleared efficiently as guests were left waiting for a period of time to be seated abd it wasn’t particularly busy !!
Everything was just amazing they kindly upgraded the rooms are lovely and the air con everywhere was incredible especially during this heat

Nothing to not like!
If there was one tiny thing, it would be the shower screen on the bath needs a bit of attention, maybe replacement and new seal,
but this is a very minor thing.
The hotel is lovely!
The location was perfect for visiting Brands Hatch. The swimming pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The gym in particular had great equipment. The staff were excellent. From the moment we walked in, to even after we had left the staff couldn’t have done more for us.
This should have a score over 9.5 on Booking.com.

Beds were super comfy and felt crisp and clean. I felt how my welcome pack letter stated home away from home. Felt safe staying at this hotel with my child.
