Pros:

very quiet and calm locations. Staff was very helpful from a minute one. Spa & Swimming pool was included in the price which was a massive bonus.

10/10 stay!! Lovely hotel with amazing grounds and facilities
Pros:

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The staff were all excellent from reception to the bar/restaurant and right down to the gym/spa staff. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area on business again. The food in the restaurant was fantastic too. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

The shower head was really low in the bathroom (I am only 5ft10) so would be almost impossible to shower properly if you were taller. This didn't cause too many issues though.

A peaceful, welcoming stay made even better by the incredibly helpful staff, lovely rooms, and excellent spa facilities.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the property. It was peaceful, exceptionally clean, and in a great location. There were lots of lovely spaces to relax, which made the whole stay feel very comforting. The staff were great throughout—friendly, attentive, and accommodating to everyone who visits. The rooms were lovely, and the spa facilities were excellent. A real bonus was that you can even use the facilities before and after check-in, which made the whole experience feel even more accommodating and relaxing. Overall, it was a very welcoming place to stay.

Two nights enjoyed at Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa
Pros:

Breakfast was superb
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Great location if you want to go to the race track, explore N Kent, go into London (Train from Swanley to Victoria)
Use the very well equipped spa/gym

Cons:

Room was a chilly, it had oil filled radiators to top up heat but they took some time to work.l
The main restaurant menu seemed a bit limited but the food was nice

Short in plug sockets in the room.. a double bed which was not only small but uncomfortable., and the pillows were so hard. Had a really bad nights sleep. With creaky floor boards in the room above which were being stood in loudly at 3am..
