Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa

I Went to our yearly spa day at brandshatch place . We go every year as a Mother’s Day treat for my mum. As always we had an amazing time and the treatments were outstanding. I had Beatriz as my beauty therapist and she was great and very professional and friendly . I had a pedicure , facial and massage and every single treatment with her was amazing. I felt throughly relaxed following and would 100% recommend.
The lunch was also delicious!.
Thank you.. we will be back again next year!.

The hotel was conveniently positioned for the reason for our stay — a track day at Brands Hatch. Although the hotel doesn’t quite have a wow factor, it also isn’t a disappointment either.

The room we stayed in (24) was described as an executive double. For a small premium in price, we decided to upgrade, but the room itself left us a little underwhelmed for what we expected from an executive room. There were no views from any of the windows as they had been opaque-frosted, which we later discovered was because the view would have been of a brick wall only a few feet away. The bath also needed a good plunge, as the water from the shower didn’t drain away properly. On a much more positive note, the bed was very comfortable.

The food at our evening meal was okay — not great, but not bad either. Breakfast, however, was good, with a modest but satisfying choice available.

What absolutely shone during our stay was the staff, and in particular Rhys in the restaurant, who met every need and was keen to go above and beyond normal expectations. This young man is an absolute credit to the hotel.

On the whole, it’s a decent enough hotel made a little more special by the excellent staff. Would we return? Yes — if we were going back to Brands Hatch, then 100%.

I have been a member of this gym for 5 years now and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. Emma on reception is always so welcoming and friendly, over the years we’ve built such a lovely friendship, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her every time I come in.
James is also fantastic. He’s a very hard-working and polite PT who always says hello and takes pride in keeping the gym equipment clean and tidy.
The staff really make this gym such a positive and welcoming place to be.

Been using the gym as a member for a little while now and just wanted to shout out the team at the health club. The receptionists always smiling Emma in particular and gym team James is great with good advice and always there to give a hand! They are a total asset to your team!

I'm a member at Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa and have always had great experiences there. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are good (although the changing rooms could use a little updating) and it's rarely too crowded in the gym or spa of an evening.

The standout is the spa treatments, the spa staff are fantastic and always deliver a great service. I had a brilliant full body massage with Beatriz today, she got the pressure just right (a lot of therapists elsewhere take "firm pressure" a bit too literally and I can leave feeling a bit beaten up!). I left feeling totally relaxed, almost dozed off on the table!

Traditional afternoon tea. We have visited many times. We have enjoyed meals. Private functions. My son was married there and we have enjoyed afternoon tea with friends and family. We were very disappointed with the cake selection and the fact not once we're we offered more tea. The attention to detail was not there. I am sad to say the whole experience wasnt as good

Room and facilties consistently good, food in the bar and at breakfast very nice.

The staff were excellent and we like to mention Rhys in particular. Rhys made us feel very welcome, being thoughtful and attentive. He is a true asset to the hotel. Also the breakfast staff were super and the breakfast choice, quality and all being freshly prepared, was exceptional. Dinner was lovely and well above the norm too. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice staff, clean, quiet hotel, great for those with cars.
