Location, it is located at the right part of town.
Having traveled to other parts of the world and used Marriott facilities, I was shocked at the room type/size and facilities in the room, not what I expected from a Marriott in Greece

Η ποιότητα των υλικών του πρωινου δεν συμβαδίζει με τα αστέρια του καταλύματος, επίσης η καθαριότητα της αίθουσας του πρωινού, βλέπε καρέκλες είναι ένα ακόμα θέμα. Τέλος φασαρία κατά την διάρκεια του πρωινού από τους διαμένοντες.

I booked a massage during the stay via phone. I received a call few minutes later to postpone it to 30 min later. When I went down for my massage, the reception lady I spoke to told me they had “a problem” with the massage lady and my appointment is canceled. I asked why she didn’t call me to let me know as I was in my room waiting for my appointment. Totally weird.. def not a 5 star hotel, quite run down.
