The location.
Room had absolutely no airflow. Could not sleep whatsoever. Window wouldn’t open at all it seemed to be jammed. There was an ‘aircon unit’ that only blew stale air not air-conditioned cool air. Made my stay in Belfast extremely hard and tiresome. Room was moderately clean but there was hair on on sheets when I removed the duvet upon arrival
Stylish, clean good quality products.
No complaints from us

Location
Bed was very rough springs felt like they were coming through the bed very disappointing especially being a Hilton
Very nice stay food was lovely, Stephen in the bar looked after us couldn't do enough. The room was very clean and spacious and reception team was 10/10.
Everyone very friendly.
Siva made us some lovely cocktails and was very helpful with suggesting places to visit on our short stay in Belfast .
I thought the staff member at the bar, Siva, was excellent. He was extremely welcoming and talkative. He introduced us to a new drink which he invented which was delicious. He was a wonderful hostess and staff member.
Great experience Siva the bartender was great gave us exceptional service and introduced us to a new drink
I recently stayed at the Hilton Belfast and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in an excellent location and is perfectly placed for exploring the city, which makes it a great option for anyone visiting Belfast.
I travel quite frequently for work and stay in many hotels throughout the year, so I think it is important to highlight exceptional service when it stands out. The staff member who welcomed us on arrival on Friday evening on 13 March was quite honestly the best hotel receptionist I have encountered during my travels. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional and made us feel genuinely valued as guests from the moment we arrived. She is a real asset to the Hilton brand and I truly hope she receives the recognition she deserves.
There was a small issue initially as we were placed in an accessible room, however this was corrected quickly once we raised it and the staff handled the situation efficiently.
The breakfast offering was good with a nice variety of options available. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was perfectly acceptable, although if I am being honest it is not somewhere I would rush back to specifically for dinner.
Overall this is a very good hotel in a fantastic location and it works perfectly for a city break. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast.
