Not a whole lot
Parking is advertised, but the spaces and ramps are ridiculously tight. I drive an Audi A4 — nothing oversized — and still had to squeeze out between the car and the wall. Not a good start.
The room was worse. No heating at all — the system only blew cold air during a freezing warning in Ireland. The bed had what felt like a summer sheet, no duvet, and no extra blankets. Completely unacceptable.
Breakfast was a complete shambles. I left my breakfast order outside my door exactly as reception advised. It was never collected. I waited 40 minutes expecting food that never arrived, and was left with just enough time to grab a coffee before work. A total waste of my time and money paying for something I didn’t receive and couldn't enjoy.
Checkout topped it off. I was told I could no longer access the car park through the hotel lobby and instead had to leave the building, walk around to the other side with three heavy bags, and carry them up three flights of stairs. Completely unnecessary and poorly managed.
Food and cocktails in No.4 were also disappointing — lukewarm food that wasn't freshly made and overpriced drinks that didn’t justify the price.
Overall, far below the standard you’d expect. I won’t be back.

No spa 😢
The staff were super friendly and the hotel is located in a fantastic spot within the City. The fridge in the room was a nice little bonus also.
Poor view from the second floor window. But being picky there.
