Excellent hotel. Very attentive staff

Great hotel pleasant staff just need a few more staff on busy nights.
Pros:

Hotel and staff are great.

Cons:

The shortage of staff when coming back from a concert in the Waterfront hall. We went to the bar and the amount of people waiting to be served was bad. This also happened on our previous stay on Valentines night when we were asked to move from the rear section of the bar even though we explained we were residents.

A lovely vacation. Hotel was ideally located and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Location very good, Breakfasts excellent and ALL staff were so helpful and kind.

Cons:

Initially the room disappointed because the toilet flush didn't work properly and the air conditioning could not be adjusted nor turned off.
The toilet issue was resolved on day 2. The air conditioning could not be quickly repaired so we were offered, and accepted, a move to another room on day 4. This enabled us to sleep better and enjoy the last two nights of our stay.
