Fight in bar , breakfast far too expensive
Staff were great. Conor very helpful at check in ordering vat invoice details for me. Then at check out staff great too - genuinely interested in people.
£10 tray charge for room service then gratuity expected on top of that? Also parking confusing. I went in and ended up being directed out again as I couldn’t turn back at exit because of cones. Ended up in opposite car park where there are no floor numbers just letters and names. No hint of where ground floor or hotel was ( that was labelled Florence and I had to transfer to another lift for that) - who knew - had to laugh. My car was parked in Chicago but had to go up, change lift to get to Florence and the hotel.
General atmosphere was good.
Staff very approachable
Nothing really
The room was spotless.
Comfortable bed.
Loved the mini fridge.
Great location.
At Breakfast there wasn't a great selection for kids.
Extra pillows in the room would have been nice.
Good location, good breakfast, clean room and lovely staff!! Thank you to all!
