Le petit déjeuner et chambre propre et spacieuse

Cons:

De payer le parking alors que je me suis garé à l'emplacement indiqué par la réception. Il est indiquéque l'hôtel prend en charge le parking alors que c'est faux. Ça m'a coûte 30 livres sterling.
L'hôtel est à côté d'une ligne de chemin de fer c'est pas terrible.

I would definately stay here again when visiting the Waterfront for a concert.
Pros:

This hotel is immaculate, from the busy bar staff to the reception staff and the diningroom staff, could not fault them, even when under pressure at the bar late evening when the concert had finished at the Waterfront everyone piled into No 4, and the bar staff were calm and courteous throughout trying to get everyone served quickly.

Cons:

Shame they do not have a residency bar licence so guests unable to get drinks after the bar closing. So if staying here get a bottle of wine for later all the rooms have a mini fridge and clean glasses in the bedrooms.

Staff were great, from check-in to checking out and all in-between.Room was perfect,11th floor, super views.Enjoyed the executive lounge food/drink. And the great selection at breakfast..

Lovely hotel, no real complaints.

Cons:

Aircon is a little old, so took a while to properly cool the room. The hotel overall is good, but you're paying s Hitlon price for a slightly older hotel, if it were about 20% less in price it would be priced perfectly.

Pros:

Excellent location. Right in the city centre. Room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was lovely with a good choice of continental and hot.

Cons:

This isn't a didn't like but a heads up. You will need to have ID to check in and a security deposit of £50 is required.
