Pros:

Ubicacion muy centrico con buen servicio de parking, agua de cortesia, personal muy amable, cama grande y comoda.

Cons:

Mejoraria la calidad de los productos del desayunos desde el cafe al los zumos y bacon, la comunicacion con la chica de la limpieza fue un poco complicada.

Perfect hotel voor citytrips!
Pros:

Perfecte locatie tegenover de Markthal/0ld Town. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk balkon voor de ochtend koffie!

Amazing location, very nice people, nice breakfast.
Parking works well, amazing in the center of the city.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit small and would need renovations. Street traffic is a bit noisy.

Super schönes, stilvolles Hotel - auch zum länger verweilen.
Pros:

Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt ist sehr gut. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Venezianischen Hafen. Das Zimmer ist top ausgerüstet mit Marshall- Boxen, Drucker, sehr grossem TV Bildschirm.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Stilvolles Hotel wie ich es auf Kreta nicht erwartet hätte. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Chania bietet sehr viel! Nächstes Mal werden wir mindestens 2 Nächte im Kydon buchen!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

Pros:

the staff was super nice and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. The valet parking was prompt. A fantastic location to walk into Old Town!!! The daily water into our fridge and welcome drinks were a great touch to a fantastic visit to Chania!!!
