Pros:

Breakfast clean hotel. Very welcoming. Location was great.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a busy street. There was a lot of noise from guests and outside. Also since we were on floor 2 and floor 1 had the bar folks were making noise and we wanted to sleep early to catch a bus early morning.

Příjemný, milý a nápomocný personál.

If, or when, we stay in Chania again, the Kydon Hotel will be our first choice.
Pros:

Central location with parking. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable with superb attention to detail. Without exception every member of staff we met were charming, friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet had an amazing choice of something for everyone.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Πολύ ευχαριστημενη από την διαμονή μου στο ξενοδοχείο ΚΥΔΩΝ στα Χανιά. Κεντρικό σημείο με πάρκινγκ καλό πρωινό μα πάνω απ'όλα η φιλόξενη διάθεση η ευγένεια και ο επαγγελματισμός του προσωπικού σε ολα τα τμήματα υποδοχή, πρωινό,καμαριέρες!!! Ευχαριστώ

Very classy hotel, excellent breakfast, clean rooms and perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel is in perfect location, right in the touristy center of town. It is on a very busy street, so there is some street noise, but it's fine, because the location is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very well equipped. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! :-) I really enjoyed my stay and will be staying there next time.

Cons:

Parking lot is very small, so I can imagine during busy months it might not be possible to get a spot there. It's not really a problem, though, it's just a minor inconvenience. While street parking near hotel is very limited, there is a large public lot just a few minutes away by foot.
