Centrally located, parking on the premises

Rooms lacked soundproofing, mattresses was not the most comfortable, some hair left behind on bed, seems common in Greece.

Tout s’est bien passé, le personnel toujours souriant et bienveillant. On a manqué de rien.
Pros:

Hotel très propre, personnel très agréable et l’écoute. Hotel bien équipé surtout pour bébé, et merci pour l’attention particulière pour l’accueil du bébé

Breakfast clean hotel. Very welcoming. Location was great.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a busy street. There was a lot of noise from guests and outside. Also since we were on floor 2 and floor 1 had the bar folks were making noise and we wanted to sleep early to catch a bus early morning.

Everything well done
Pros:

A very comfortable room, well equipped with complete attention to every detail. The breakfast - superb. Over and above the actual premises every member of staff we met from the minute we drove into the car park were friendly, charming, courteous and professional. A most enjoyable stay.

If, or when, we stay in Chania again, the Kydon Hotel will be our first choice.
Pros:

Central location with parking. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable with superb attention to detail. Without exception every member of staff we met were charming, friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet had an amazing choice of something for everyone.

Πολύ ευχαριστημενη από την διαμονή μου στο ξενοδοχείο ΚΥΔΩΝ στα Χανιά. Κεντρικό σημείο με πάρκινγκ καλό πρωινό μα πάνω απ'όλα η φιλόξενη διάθεση η ευγένεια και ο επαγγελματισμός του προσωπικού σε ολα τα τμήματα υποδοχή, πρωινό,καμαριέρες!!! Ευχαριστώ
