Pros:

Hotel MUY bien ubicado. en la puerta de la zona cèntrica Muy cerca de todo. El desayunador y su desayunos excelentes, variados. con oferta dulces y salados. La cama y la habitacion muy comoda. amplia. para dormir 3. EL gimnasio, mi hija lo vio completo. muy buena opcion en Chania. buen balcon para descansar y colgar toallas al volver de la playa.

no tenia piscina, pero lo sabia.

Fantastisch verblijf met topservice
Pros:

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het Kydon Hotel. De ligging is echt top: je zit midden in de stad en alles is makkelijk bereikbaar. Wat ons vooral is bijgebleven, is de ongelooflijk vriendelijke service van het personeel. Iedereen was behulpzaam, vriendelijk en deed echt moeite om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Het hotel en de kamers zijn zeer proper en goed onderhouden. Het ontbijt was echt een aanrader: lekker, uitgebreid en met een fijne service. Een klein detail dat veel zegt over het niveau van het hotel: tijdens het ontbijt wordt je koffie gewoon voor je klaargemaakt. Ook werden onze koffers bij aankomst netjes naar de kamer gebracht. Het zijn die kleine dingen die ervoor zorgen dat je je echt welkom voelt.

Voor ons was de parking een absolute meerwaarde. Met de auto naar een stad komen kan vaak een stressvolle ervaring zijn, zeker omdat parkeren in de stad zelf een chaos kan zijn. De parking van het hotel heeft beperkte plaatsen, maar het personeel doet er alles aan om de auto’s zo efficiënt mogelijk te parkeren. Ze werken ook samen met parkings in de buurt. De langste tijd dat we op onze auto moesten wachten was ongeveer 15 minuten. De €10 per dag vonden wij dan ook zeker zijn geld waard.

Cons:

de badkamer van onze classic kamer was eerder compact. Vooral de douche is zo ontworpen dat de badkamer na het douchen wel wat nat wordt. Dit is zeker geen groot probleem, aangezien de handdoeken elke dag vervangen worden en alles netjes wordt gehouden.

Fantastic hotel in the center of old town Chania
Pros:

We've stayed there 2 times now and both times this was a perfect place for us in every single way - room condition, helpful and very professional staff, great breakfast, very good location, etc. We'll stay there again!

Superou as nossas expectativas. Uma excelente escolha para visitar Chania
Pros:

Excelente hotel no coração de Chania. Localização perfeita para explorar a cidade antiga, o porto veneziano e os restaurantes a pé. Pequeno-almoço variado e de excelente qualidade. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, profissionais e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Superou claramente as nossas expectativas. Recomendo sem qualquer hesitação.

Cons:

Como sugestão de melhoria, seria excelente se o hotel dispusesse de uma piscina. Tornaria a experiência ainda mais completa, especialmente para quem fica vários dias ou regressa da praia e gostaria de relaxar no hotel.
