Pros:

מאוד נקי , צוות נעים ואדיב , עוזרים בכל שאלה, מיקום מעולה! קרוב לעיר העתיקה.

Cons:

מי שלא אוהב מלון על כביש ראשי, לא בשבילו .למרות שלא שומעים כלום כשהחלון סגור.

Pros:

Kahvaltı mükemmeldi.Avrupa otellerinin kahvaltilarindan cok farklıydı.Tam bir Türk kahvaltısı gibiydi.Kahvalti salonunun personeli cok nazikti.istedigimiz herseyi hemen getirdi.
Bu otelde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.

Cons:

Dünyada pek cok yerde otellerde kaldim.iclerinde ünlü bir adi olan oteller de vardı ama bazıları beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.
Bu oteli gerek odanın genişliği,valiz koyacak yerinin bulunması,yerinin cok merkezi olmasi gibi özellikleriyle mükemmeldi.Elestirecek birsey bulamadık.

Emplacement idéal à proximité du centre ville et face au marché hélas fermé.
Pot d’accueil à l'arrivée.
Buffet du petit déjeuner copieux.
Vaisselle Villeroy et Boch ,nappage blanc en tissu raffinés.
Personnel serviable .
Produits d’hygiène dans la salle de bains de qualité.
Fer et planche à repasser dans le placard de la chambre que j’ai utilisés.
Service parking efficace.

Ne pas louer la voiture avec eux car le prix presque x3 et en plus parking payant… on a trouvé à deux pas un loueur qui mettait a disposition un parking gratuit

Für unseren Stopover zum Flughafen Chania ideal

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Comfort-Doppelzimmer bekommen.

Frühstück sehr umfangreich, es wäre nur schön wenn um 10:00 Uhr noch aufgefüllt wird. Es war schon sehr viel aus um diese Uhrzeit.

Da unser Flug erst Abends ab Chania ging konnten wir kostenlos bis 13 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben. Gegen Aufpreis wäre auch bis 16 Uhr möglich gewesen. Hier hat sich der sehr nette Rezeptionist sehr viel Mühe gegeben.

Absoluter Pluspunkt ist das Parken am Hotel!

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato a 06/2026 in una suite familiare e abbiamo utilizzato la struttura solo per il pernottamento e la prima colazione.
L'hotel è pulito e confortevole, i letti erano molto comodi, i bagni igienizzati e forniti di tutto il necessario, zero rumore notturno, aria condizionata gradevole. Insomma, in poche parole si sta bene.
La colazione è ricca e di qualità.
Il parcheggio è molto piccolo per cui il personale si occupa di spostare le auto in un area più ampia e di renderle nuovamente disponibili all'orario richiesto, o comunque entro 15-20 minuti dalla richiesta.
Il personale è molto cordiale e preciso.
