Pros:

I can’t speak highly enough for the staff at the hotel. Everybody was so kind and welcoming, they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The quality food offered is superior. I highly highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is perfect plus, the employees is very, very gentle starting from the concierge to the reception to the room service to the people who is working in the restaurant and valet. Every everybody is very helpful.

Excellent hotel and the staff are very helpful but a couple of times they didnt bring the things we asked for. Food is lovely and area inside the hotel is great but it is far from anything and we struggled when a child was sick and needed paracetamol.
