Pros:

Es un histórico hotel transformado en uno Boutique. La habitación es sencilla y agradable. Con sólo cruzar Collins estas en la playa qué es linda y muy amplia. Servicio de reposeras toallas y sombrilla de excelente calidad. El personal es diez puntos. En la habitación cafetera, Te, y agua de cortesía todos los días.

They scam you. Their website shows you a pool and things that are for another hotel called Faena. Do not stay here. It is lovey as a boutique hotel but walking a block to the beach and no pool and no spa....it is a scam.

Pretty on the surface but lacking in the details
Pros:

This property is so stylish! All the common areas and the room itself were so aesthetically pleasing. I wanted to take photos everywhere! My room was also quite spacious which was great. Also, the location is fantastic.

Cons:

I came for a solo birthday trip which I mentioned in my booking but reception was pretty icy. She just handed me my room card. No explanation of the building, where the elevator is...or any of the property amenities. I asked about hte rooftop and she said its closed which was like...ok cool. Also I wasn't expecting freebies on freebies or anything but a simple Happy birthday and an enjoy your stay would have been nice. I was very disappointed when after having been gone the entire day since 10am with the please make up room sign on the door, housekeeping hadn't attended to my room. I arrived back home around 5pm and my room was just how I left it. When I called the front desk, they were like they finish at 5:30pm and that they could send them now but I needed to get ready for my birthday plans. The main reason I like to book hotels instead of AirBNBs is for the service and to feel taken care of, which was lacking here. I mentioned it in my checkout form, and they offered me free breakfast, but I was checking out and had to be on my way. All in all, I just feel like that should've been handled better. Finally, the bathroom was not up to par. The handle to adjust the water temperature in the shower/tub was totally loose and tough to keep at the desired temperature. Also, the tub (which I booked this room specifically for the tub!) just looked grimy and unappealing for taking a bath...definitely needed to be reglazed. Not what I'd expect at this price point.

Pros:

Still waiting for my missing item from staff as they said they had it a few days ago now can’t find it.
It’s a white tripod stick. Hopefully it’s still there.

Cons:

The bathroom and shower was not clean. The drain was clogged so I couldn’t use the shower

Would not stay there again
Pros:

The hotel was very old and apparently the walls were paper thin because we had people next door knock on our door multiple times and tell us that they could hear every word of our conversation.
