Well located
Pros:

Great quieter location close to busier section of Ocean Drive. Across the road from the beach and towels and beach chairs provided. Helpful and friendly staff. Great air conditioning in the room.

Cons:

Very small bathroom. Unable to open the bedroom window. Although staff were great, there wasn’t that many of them so often had to look for someone for assistance. Hotel was a little run down and some furniture in our room could do with being replaced.

I like boutique hotels, especially on south beach! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Just some fine tuning to with the room. My bathroomv light wouldn't turn off, the toilet wouldn't flush consistently, and AC was cold but loud! Minor facilities inconveniences, but still enjoyed my stay.
