Klimatyczny. Bardzo stylowy. Z przepięknym patio i mini basenem. Pokój 311 z obłędnym widokiem na patio i cudowną roślinność.
Room was small but functional comfy and clean. Housekeeping excellent. Coffee machine was good although number of pods was limited.bathroom was very small but functional.
We paid extra for a view of Ocean Drive. The view was basically 2 apartment blocks in front of us. As there is no balcony you cant actually get out to look towards the main part of the Drive. Total waste of money.
Breakfast . Although tasty was very poor value. If you had juice with your breakfast you had to pay extra for a test or coffee. The breakfast included menu was very limited.
Room is pretty old could use some updates but bed was very comfy!
המלון מעוצב יפה ושיקי, חדר נח ומרווח יחסית, מיקום נהדר, ארוחת בוקר במקום הייתה סבירה. אם מזמינים חדר עם ארוחת בוקר מקבלים מנה ספציפית מהתפריט, לכן כדאי לסגור את החדר ללא א.בוקר ופשוט לבחור מהתפריט המלא מה שרוצים ולשלם בהתאם זה יוצא אפילו יותר משתלם. יש סטארבאקס במרחק הליכה מהמלון שזה נחמד כך שלא חייבים לאכול במלון.
כמה דברים שהפריעו לנו בשהייה שלנו:
היה רעש מכני בלילה, לא ברור של מה. כשהערנו את תשומת לב העובדים בקבלה הם אומנם הציעו לנו להחליף חדר אבל היה מדובר באמצע הלילה ולא התחשק לנו להחליף. לא באו לברר יום אחכ מה עם התקלה ופשוט נשארנו כל הזמן עם רעש מעצבן בלילה.
הקירות לא אטומים לרעש כך ששומעים צעדים של אורחים אחרים בקומה.
לוולה של הרכבים לוקח הרבה זמן להביא את הרכב, פעם אחת ממש איחרנו למסעדה כי לקח להם יותר מחצי שעה להביא לנו את הרכב וזאת על אף שהתראנו 20 דקות מראש.
המגהץ בחדר היה מקולקל. לא סוף העולם אבל התחזוקה של הציוד במלון יכולה להיות יותר טובה.
כל צוות המלון, מהקבלה ועד לאנשי הניקיון והמלצרים, היו מאוד נחמדים ואדיבים.
המלון מעוצב בסגנון ארט דקו ומאוד נעים לשהות בו. החדר היה נקי, גדול והמיטה מאוד נוחה.
המלון ממוקם יחסית באזור הדרומי של האושן דרייב אז הוא שקט
מיזוג האוויר בחדר לא ממש עבד, אבל היה מאוורר תקרה מעל המיטה אז גם לא ממש היה צורך במזגן
The location
This hotel was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by someone who clearly did not seem happy to be there. The room itself was dark and poorly equipped, with broken blinds instead of proper curtains, no wardrobe or closet space, and an extremely loud air-conditioning system.
Housekeeping was provided only once during our four-night stay, and that was after repeatedly calling reception and specifically requesting it.
Additionally, the yoga session advertised online never took place. Several guests were waiting in the reception area, yet the instructor simply did not show up. No explanation or follow-up was offered.
None of these issues were addressed in a meaningful way, nor was there any form of compensation only a dismissive shrug from reception.
Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
