we had a large apartment on the 12th floor, everything was clean, the staff was very helpful, a little worse at the entrance, when they welcome us and open the door when we have a small bag. when we leave and have several suitcases, no one was there and we struggled a lot with the narrow door.
The restaurant by the pool is good, the service is very good and they have good beer and my son praised the pizza ...
Even on the 12th floor with the windows fully closed, there was a lot of road noise at night. I slept badly even with earplugs.
Cairo is just a megapolis, lots of traffic, I understand that. But the windows are not very tight and the noise comes inside. I see room for improvement in this regard.
The staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble and requests were sorted almost instantly

l'emplacement des chambres dans l'hotel car nous voyagions en famille et nos chambres n'étaient pas regroupées. les chambres étaient à des étages différents.
