The hotel was modern and clean with spacious rooms. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was a major highlight sweeping multiple rooms. On-site restaurants were average.
The staff is exceptional. Especially front desk Manager Mohammed and all the staff by the pool went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable. Also great massage by save en. The facilities , decor and pool as I would expect from a Four Season hotel. Highly recommend
Nothing
It is a wonderful place to wind down at our end of tour in Egypt. The service, facilities and staff are all up to the par of 4 seasons brand. We had a premium Nile view room, which is a partial view from two different windows, because the resident building is in front of the hotel building. So set up the realistic expectations, but the room is spacious and luxurious. We definitely enjoyed it with the Nile view despite not being a panoramic view of Nile. We would definitely stay here again.
Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons. The staff and concierge are wonderful. If you need pretty much anything they can help. I found the staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful.
The room was very clean, spacious, and inviting. I think this was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. There was a balcony that overlooked the Zoo and Botanical gardens. I spent some time out there and found it to be a very nice view. I was also able to see all 3 pyramids in the distance.
We visited one of their boat restaurants for dinner and we're very happy with our meal. The concierge sent a vehicle to take us there and they also brought us back. It was very easy and complementary. The breakfast buffet also has something everyone. My wife also couldn't stop Raving about the amazing massage she had while we were there. It's a very nice hotel and well worth the price. I have paid a lot more for a whole lot less.
This hotel was everything you would expect from Four Seasons. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent pillows ( dry important to me), well appointed bathroom and much more. The room has a great closet with lots of light and space. The bathroom had a separate toilet room with a frosted glass door so you didn’t have to turn on the light but you had privacy. The shower had excellent water pressure and the fixtures were easy to figure out—no confusion about how to get it hotter. Double sinks are always appreciated! The curtains kept the room dark but I did have to put a chair over one end of them to keep the light from creeping in between them. There was a nice upholstered chair and a large desk with 2 chairs so both of us could use our computers at the same time. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, while the food in the restaurants was excellent. There is a mall right next door with an entrance from inside the hotel so you ahve easy access. Great if you want to walk but not go out in the heat or dust. Beautiful pool area with a heated pool when it’s cool. All in all, a fantastic experience!
Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence in Giza was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was flawless. The staff anticipated every need with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Every interaction felt personal, never transactional.
The amenities are exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons property: beautifully maintained, luxurious, and thoughtfully curated. The pool area is serene and elegant, the spa is indulgent and relaxing, and the dining options are outstanding. Every meal felt like an experience, with impeccable presentation and quality.
What truly sets this property apart is the staff. They create an atmosphere of effortless hospitality that makes you feel completely at ease. The concierge team was knowledgeable and attentive, housekeeping was meticulous, and the entire hotel operates with a level of polish that feels seamless.
we had a large apartment on the 12th floor, everything was clean, the staff was very helpful, a little worse at the entrance, when they welcome us and open the door when we have a small bag. when we leave and have several suitcases, no one was there and we struggled a lot with the narrow door.
The restaurant by the pool is good, the service is very good and they have good beer and my son praised the pizza ...
Even on the 12th floor with the windows fully closed, there was a lot of road noise at night. I slept badly even with earplugs.
Cairo is just a megapolis, lots of traffic, I understand that. But the windows are not very tight and the noise comes inside. I see room for improvement in this regard.
The staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble and requests were sorted almost instantly
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay especially Magat , Ehsan ,Maryam, Ahmed at the breakfast were exceptional. Great pool area Salma, Mira and Mohammad were great and very helpful at the pool area .The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious lunch /dinner and drinks at the pool and aura . Looking forward of coming back again soon

全部素晴らしったのですが、強いて言えば朝食の席が、空いてる席もあったので、窓のある方にしていただけたらもっとよかったです。でも、ゆっくりと美味しくいただきました。
Beautiful atmosphere!
