Best: The view of the pyramids and very good breakfast. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.
The pool cafe allows people to come and have food and shisha there, which makes it a bit uncomfortable for people swimming and tanning while being observed by fully closed people having dinner. A bit of a weird feeling.
It was an amazing experience from the staff warm welcome , the room , the spa , the food and especially the pool .
A remarkable mention to Hanane from aura restaurant a very respectful , dedicated and heart-soothing person always guiding to the best experience with her perfect smile and memory !

Firstly I would like to say that the staff here are incredibly hard working. Mustafa and Naby at the First Bar make excellent cocktails. And Mohammed at the Pool was very friendly, helpful and made our time there much more relaxing.
However for myself personally I often found the staff almost too attentive, it might be because the hotel was clearly far from being at full capacity while I was there, but sometimes I couldn't sit by myself for a minute without a different one of them coming over absolutely earnestly desperate to help me with something, anything at all.
I personally just want to be left alone sometimes rather than being constantly fussed over, so this did get a bit annoying.
Basically you can expect them to treat you like Royalty, which might be exactly what some people want, but its not for me.
Otherwise the Hotel was fantastic in every conceivable way.
Although slightly worn around the edges it's a very clean, comfortable hotel with fantastic staff. Breakfast and food from other hotel restaurants we went to was excellent. The location is convenient for travel to the pyramids and GEM. I'd definitely recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence and would stay there again.

Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό και έκανε ότι καλύτερο μπορούσε για να γίνει η διαμονή μας υπέροχη. Υποδοχή με φρούτα και ποικιλία τυριών στο δωμάτιο, μας έδωσαν συμβουλές για μέρη και δραστηριότητες και πάντα πρόθυμοι σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν.
Δωμάτια Ευρύχωρα με θέα τον Νείλο και καθαρισμό δύο φορές την ημέρα.
Θα επιστρέψω σίγουρα !
