Rooms Great, staff, breakfast, gym, all great
I tought that i was staying at the “other” four seasons , in Cairo… This was in Giza, so it did make a difference
Excellent service and rooms. From the check in to departure couldn’t fault. The rooms were spacious clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a good choice of dining options.
We spent 4 nights in April 2026 in 2 separate rooms. We were a family of 6 with 2 children aged 10 and 13 years and my two parents.
Check in and concierge services were excellent. The room looked a bit outdated but was comfortable and clean. Regardless of the view, there is noise at night - either from the street between the hotel and the zoo, or from the restaurants and clubs next to the hotel on the Nile banks.
Breakfast was average. A big buffet spread but quality was not Four Seasons worthy. Breads were not as fresh. Servers seemed overwhelmed at times and it was hard to get their attention to place orders for drinks.
The adjacent mall with high end stores was completely deserted. It was a pleasant area to walk around though. The lebanese restautant next to the pool served excellent dinner. Food was high quality and tasty. Again, hard to find our server even though restaurant was empty.
The location didnt seem to matter. Nothing seemed close or convenient. Downtown Cairo is noisy, dusty, there is garbage everywhere, the air is polluted and traffic is bad. If I visited again, I would avoid downtown Cairo and stay in a newer hotel outside of the city like Hyatt Centric Cairo West where we spent our last night.
Overall this is still a good hotel; it just does not feel like a Four Seasons Hotel - the rooms desperately need to be renovated, restaurant staff need better training.
LG restaurant is always the best. The best spaghetti in town. Service is always excellent - fast and with a smile. Excellent!
Particular call-out to Safaa and Fatima. Thank you!
Fabulous hotel and excellent service!
Enjoyed our 4 nights at this hotel at the end of our Egypt trip. Rooms were large and nice and some offer nice views and even Pyramid Views. We had 3 rooms and one very large suite.
Rooms had everything you could want, the suite we had was huge with dining area, kitchen guest bathroom, living area work area and pyramid views, ot was also full of beautiful fresh flowers.
Breakfast was very good and service was great at the restaurant. Having the mall next door was also pretty convenient. You can buy a Rolex, bed linens, or some Egyptian souvenirs, pretty eclectic mix of stores.
The pool area is small and can feel enclosed but they do have glassed in cabanas where you can have a meal, we found this very convenient and used it a couple of times.
Room service was good and prompt, and as everywhere else in Egypt, prices are ridiculously cheap. Treat yourself to everything on the menu.
Would come back if I needed to be in Giza on this side of town.
