San Juan Hotel

Old run down hotel they made the lobby look nice where the pictures are but it’s way overpriced for the quality of property it is

I don’t know how they got four stars they must be scamming the system

We ended up staying at the San Juan Hotel after a relocation, and I’m so glad we did. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Miami Beach and easy to get everywhere.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made a stressful travel day so much better. The quaint little pool area was a hidden gem — sheltered from the wind and a perfect place to relax or get a little work done while enjoying complimentary coffee. Plus, the beach location was well equipped with loungers, umbrellas, towels, and more.

Breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable — not large, but absolutely everything we needed. Overall, a charming hotel with great service and a peaceful vibe. Would happily stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cute hotel but room faced an alley and another building and curtain wasn't able to close.

Near the beach. Clean room. Amazing staff. Lots of things to do nearby.

The hotel is very well located if you are going to the convention center. I recommend it if you have work.

My husband and I checked in for a one night stay to go checkout the Miami international auto show and had a fantastic experience at the San Juan Hotel. It was super close to the convention center, restaurants and night life. Claudio was super amazing and made sure we received a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday! Thank you for wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Staff was great, very accommodating. This hotel is at a perfect location (food, entertainment, transportation, board walk).

Great location

The musty smell at this property was hard to handle, it’s bad. And hot water was inconsistent, numerous cold showers. I will say the staff was all very nice.

Just a 5 mins walk to beach

The people are very gentle and the hotel is charmy.

I stayed here last year and it was okay. The hotel is pretty nice and clean but kind of old. This stay wasn’t too pleasant. I’m not sure if the Air Conditioning system was broke but I ended up getting sick due to me suffering from sinuses issues. Had to switch rooms twice. They were trying to resolve the issue and accommodate me to the best of their ability.

For a night stay it was worth it.

The staff was amazing. The bar was nice. The property is outdated. There was some mold in the shower. The Lounge chairs by the pool smelled and were rusty. Definitely could you some TLC.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização para quem quer ficar em Miami Beach. Para mim, o ponto bom é esse. Extremamente caro, falta uma melhor higienização dos quartos e pararem de explorar quase 50 dólares em uma diária de carro. Eu não indico, existem hotéis melhores e mais baratos na região.
