Cet établissement, idéalement situé, offre une vue magnifique sur Positano. La chambre avec terrasse était très belle. Un accueil parfait avec une bouteille de Prosecco offerte à notre arrivée ce qui a été très appréciable.
Le restaurant Adam et Eve est à la hauteur avec des plats délicieux.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
Clean , friendly , professional staff . Attentive and attention to detail . Mostly the friendliness of the people who work here from cleaning ladies to desk to restaurant waiters in Adam o Eve and steak and pizza . Warm homey feeling overall . So I recommend your property on my blog ? Yes 100 %

I've always been skeptically of high end, expensive hotels, resorts, etc as usually they all fall short, don't live up to the expectations and just feel like I spent a bunch of money that wasn't needed. Hotel Eden Roc is worth every penny we paid. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the service was outstanding! The staff was so helpful and there for anything we needed. The restaurants were so fun and the pizza... WOW! Amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Had a simply amazing time being pampered in Positano.
Our family just had the most magical stay. All the team there are genuinely lovely people. Rooms were perfect. The hotel in general is a lovely size and has a really chilled vibe. As we were with children we didn't get to use the facilities but won't consider anywhere else on our return. A credit to Positano. Thank you for such a memorable stay.
Stayed at Eden Roc for several days in early Oct ‘25. Service and overall hotel was outstanding. Such a beautiful view off our balcony overlooking the water and Positano. Outstanding staff included Domonico at the reception desk- such a kind and helpful gentleman who went out of his way to make our stay as memorable as possible. Also- Tony who is in charge of breakfast. He has more energy EACH MORNING than words can say. His enthusiasm is contagious….he is so excited to see you, serve you and goes out of his way to make the start of your day the best that it can be. Most importantly- he remembers your name and what room you are in without having to look- it is an amazing gift. We were told by those who sat beside us, that he remembers their name from the previous year as well. We’ll have to test that theory ourselves next year!

We stayed at the Eden Roc Hotel for 8 wonderful days, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This boutique hotel, family-run for many years, captures the heart and charm of Positano.
The staff is simply outstanding—from the front desk to the dining room and rooftop bar, everyone goes well above and beyond to make your stay feel special. A huge thank you to Salvatore Ferrara at the rooftop bar for his warm hospitality and incredible service, Tony and team for their friendly and attentive care at the amazing breakfast meals, and Franco and the team for creating a great environment and amazing dinners every evening. The food and dining experience are absolutely five-star—delicious, beautifully presented, and served with genuine Italian warmth. These folks really care about your positive experience....
The front desk team deserves special mention as well. They are incredibly helpful and always smiling, ready to organize anything you need—from restaurant reservations to local tours and private transportation. We are looking forward to an annual return to the Eden Roc.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Check-in came with a quick tour of this beautiful boutique hotel, where every room has its own terrace and incredible views of the Amalfi Coast.
The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made our celebration truly special. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We dined at the Sky Bar, though all three restaurants are among the best in town. The food was excellent and priced accordingly ($$$). Breakfast was included, with a small buffet and à la carte options—Tony made mornings fun with his humor and charm!
Minor negatives: for the room price, Espresso would be nice instead of instant Nescafé , and the many daily “welcome” emails were unnecessary.
Overall, an outstanding stay. Positano itself felt a bit “been-there-seen-it,” but Hotel Eden Roc was the highlight. Thanks to Marcella and the whole team—we’ll definitely be back!

Comme beaucoup d’hôtels de la ville, mais cela fait parti du charme pour bénéficier d’une vue incroyable ! Mais on n’entend pas les voitures depuis les chambres.
The Eden Roc is a beautiful property in the heart of Positano! Everyone is genuinely gracious and willing to help with any need! We checked in late in the evening after a long day traveling from northern Italy, and we were greeted with smiles and an offer of an amazing pizza! The Sky Bar is fabulous and our breakfast and dinner at Adam & Eve was amazing! Our room was wonderful and the terrace with a view of the sea and Positano was stunning! We look forward to a return visit!
Hotel Eden Roc has been a fantastic experience. This is the first time on the Amalfi Coast. Staying at this hotel helped make this an unforgettable time. The food at the Adamo Ed Eva, was also amazing. Thanks Pascal and the team. We look forward to coming back.
