Great Staff very well maintained facilities
Pros:

At arrival we were greeted by all staff and had a very simple and quick check in. The room was clean, comfy bed, large bathroom, and other convenient appliances. In the lobby there are board games and a nice cozy space to enjoy time with others. The pool and hot tub area were also very clean and well maintained. This was probably one of the best places I have stayed this year low-key gem!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like about the property was the fact I had to park on the opposite side of the building as my room. That was only due to all the spaces in front of the building being taken already.

We had a great long weekend and everyone was so nice.
Pros:

Easy to get in and out, layout was simple.

Cons:

The room was a little mildewy smelling and there were a few places that needed attention on the walls and the bathroom.

Spacious, comfortable, close
Pros:

Staff very friendly and accommodating, beds comfortable, room spacious, close drive to everything, quiet

Cons:

Overall was great and clean but the room window so dirty maybe moisture, you couldn't really see out of it.
Also, the places assumed never seen...behind the bed table, and by the air. Very dirty and dusty. Need to address. Overall everything was pleasant and no issues.

Pros:

There was plenty of space for my whole family and the beds were super comfortable. There were many breakfast options and great coffee. It was my eight year old niece's first time ever in a hotel and she was very delighted. We will definitely be staying again when we come to Nashville.

Cons:

My only complaint was that I had the room for two nights, and on the second day I went to the front desk to ask if they could come exchange the dirty towels and give us some new towels and he said "I don't believe the house keepers are doing overnight rooms, but I will see what I can do." I ended up have to go to the pool area and grab a couple of those towel because no ne ever brought any. Other than that it was a great experience.

No regrets - great choice
Pros:

We had absolutely no regrets choosing this place. The staff was courteous, the facility was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, gym, very good breakfast, and the ride to and from the airport.

Cons:

The hotel assigned us a room that smelled like smoke. That was an unpleasant surprise, but they immediately responded and gave us a room that was perfectly clean.
