Pros:

My kids loved the breakfast! We found everything in the room to make our stay really comfortable. The location is amazing if you go to the parks disney just 14 minutes drive.

Hotelzão de Orlando para grupos grandes e excursões. Não encanta mas não compromete.
Pros:

Gostei do horário do café (de 6:30 às 10:30).

Cons:

Para entrar no salão do café da manhã, antes o hóspede tem que ir até a recepção e pegar um voucher. Em casos de alta ocupação (não foi o meu) pode tumultuar.

Waived cancellation fee not waived.
Cons:

We tried checking into the hotel for over 4 hours. The front desk wasn't able to check in/out anyone because their system was down. The lady at the desk said if I cancelled to get another hotel, Marriott would waive the cancellation fee but they still charged me after I requested a refund. This was totally the hotel's fault but they won't refund my money. RIDICULOUS.

PARKING IS NOT FREE
Pros:

We were so happy that breakfast was included and it was a nice breakfast. The location is close to Disney parks which was the reason we stayed there. The rooms were fairly clean.

Cons:

We were shocked that with tax, parking ended up costing about $33/night. That added an additional $66 to our anticipated cost of stay. We could've found a cheaper hotel with that unknown additional cost. They also accidentally gave us the wrong room at first, two full beds when we had paid for and booked a king bedroom. Once we got into the correct room, we also had to wait over 2 hours for them to deliver a pack n play for our son to our room because they were understaffed. He ended up going to bed super late, which was difficult.

Pros:

Limpieza, piscina, ubicación excelente, tienda y un par de restaurantes a pocos metros, trato amable. Sin duda volveremos con mi hijo, una linda estancia. Recomendado.

Cons:

Hubo un tema sobre un servicio de traslado gratuito a Disney Springs qué entiendo no está operado directamente por el hotel, pero en realidad fue tan buena la experiencia que no opacó el servicio prestado por el Hotel.

Pésimo servicio y falta total de respeto al cliente.

Llegamos a las 7:00 PM para hacer el check-in y nos dijeron que no había sistema, pidiéndonos que esperáramos o volviéramos más tarde. Regresamos a las 11:00 PM y seguían exactamente igual, sin ofrecer alternativas ni soluciones.

Estuvimos 30 minutos insistiendo para no quedarnos en la calle, ya que pedir el reembolso no servía: la devolución tardaba más tiempo que nuestras vacaciones de 3 noches y 4 días en Orlando.

Finalmente, nos mandaron a otro hotel prometiendo que nos quedaríamos allí durante toda la estadía. Sin embargo, al día siguiente incumplieron su palabra y nos obligaron a cambiarnos nuevamente a un hotel mucho peor.

Nos arruinaron el viaje y perdimos tiempo valioso. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie.

The rooms are large and very clean, loved the complimentary breakfast.
Air con is freezing cold, but that is ok as Orlando is very hot and humid.
Restaurants nearby especially Golden Coral , with all you can eat buffet, and very cheap price.
There is a laundry, on the premises at a reasonable cost.

Cons:

No complementary water, was the only thing we missed during our stay.

Primeira opção em Orlando sempre.
Pros:

Localização, foi minha segunda vez e voltei porque é pratico o shuttle pros parques, onibus pontual e limpo. Café da manhã em abundância, waffles em formato de Mickey, atendimento da recepção excelente, será sempre minha primeira opção em Orlando.

Cons:

Eu gostei de tudo, só melhoraria a academia, como eu treino todo dia, eu senti falta de equipamentos para pernas, tinha barra, mas não tinha anilha, não tinha step e nem elástico. Eles possuem muitos aparelhos de cardio, mas a academia não enche para ter todos equipamentos de cardio, poderia incrementar mais na parte de inferiores.
