Reasonable price for the staying
Pros:

First of all the amazing front desk service, a lady named Lena was super helpful and wish to support! The hotel location is in a good place and quite. Good restaurant are located near the Hotel.

Cons:

Add some soap, shampoo and some glasses in advance with out the need to ask.
Breakfast is very bad!

Pros:

Quarto amplo, a mini cozinha facilita para o dia a dia. Tem bastante opções para comer na região, walmart pertinho.
E de manhã tem café passado disponível na recepção.

Cons:

1- Se você pretende ir bastante para Miami e Miami Beach é bem longe, se vai para passear em outros lugares é indiferente.
2- Limpeza é só apos 7 dias, mas pode trocar as toalhas na recepcao. Na chegada percebi sangue (provavelmente de menstruação) na parede e na caixa da descarga, que eu mesma limpei com lenço umedecido, pois chegamos a noite e nao tinha equipe para limpar :/
3- Percebi muitos hóspedes fumando erva no pátio, para quem tem preconceito, pode ser um incômodo. No geral percebo que são hospedes que ficam muito tempo no local, acredito que a trabalho ou quase como moradia, até com gente com cachorro berrando da janela eu vi.
4-E tive um problema de cobrança, era pré pagamento no cartão de crédito, e no check-in informaram que o pagamento seria no balcão e obrigaram a cobrança, estou tendo dificuldade para ter o estorno, hotel se que responde as mensagens e estou há quase 2 meses tentando a devolução via Booking. Fiquem atentos!!!

Location and cleanliness was great

Cons:

Most residents were transient. Lot of dope smoking, and drugs seemed to be evident. We left at 4:45 am to work the Cadillac Championship and returned around 8:30 pm
