Excelente ubicación, silencioso y limpio
Pros:

Disponer de una cocina facilitó mucho las cosas.
La cama era cómoda y la ubicación excelente. Muy silencioso y la sra Mariela de la recepción fue muy cortés con nosotros, súper agradecidos

Cons:

En lo particular, a nosotros nos pareció prácticamente nulo el desayuno....más bien parecía una cortesía (solo café, agua caliente, barrita de cereal, naranja y, si llegas temprano, huevos duros y yogurt. No dispone de mesas.....uno sólo retira lo que quiere, y se lo lleva a su habitación.

Puse que iba con mis 2 hijos y yo, y me ofrecieron una habitación con una cama, pensé que la cama era extra grande, pero ahi cabian 2 personas, me cambiaron la habitación pero me cobraron $ 100 mas, el desayuno era pobre, para el precio pagado, de $ 225 la noche, me tuve que salir e ir a otro hotel antes de tiempo, que me cobró menos y ofreciendome mas de lo que me ofrecía este, me indicaron que me iban a devolver lo de la noche que no ocupé, esperemos se cumpla. El hotel tiene muebles viejos y huele a humedad

Pros:

Quarto amplo, cozinha facilita para o dia a dia. Tem bastante opções para comer na região. E de manhã café disponível na recepção.

Cons:

Se você pretende ir bastante para Miami e Miami Beach é bem longe, se vai para outros lugares pode facilitar.
Limpeza é só apos 7 dias, mas pode trocar as toalhas na recepcao.
Percebi muitos hóspedes fumando erva no pátio, para quem tem preconceito pode ser um incômodo.
E tive um problema de cobrança, era pré pagamento no cartão e no check-in informaram que o pagamento seria no balcão, estou tendo dificuldade para ter o estorno.
