The sofa needs to be clean, so many stains was afraid to set on it. And the heater wasn't blowing out warm.

The beds were dirty (had to ask for new sheets and change them myself after driving from Texas), toilet seat was broken and pinched your tookus, mirror broken, carpets stained, found an old hat under the nasty pull out couch, tv didn't work right, phone didn't work, they charged an extra 15$ and said it was for incidentals but I never got it back...

Breakfast was not great

EVERYTHING. nothing was as advertised

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 30 minutes just to find someone at the front desk. When we were finally given a room, it was filled with trash and days-old food, and it was immediately obvious that the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests checked out.

Unfortunately, the second room was hardly any better. There was dust and mold throughout the room, it smelled terrible, and it was dirty as well. The cleanliness issues were not limited to our rooms. The entire hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures advertised online. Even breakfast was unacceptable, with rotting fruit left out for guests to eat.

The overall lack of cleanliness, poor service, and misleading advertising made this an extremely unpleasant experience. A hotel should meet basic standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and this property failed to do so at every turn. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere rather than waste their money on a place that does not provide the conditions it advertises.

Hotel room was very outdated including TV super old could not watch it. There was no fridge in room and did not get one until the next night. Carpet was pure disgusting (soiled, dirty and worn).

The staff was very lazy. They asked for a deposit of $45 for my 3 night stay and when I left the deposit never came back to my card.
After looking more into the situation they took my money

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. The room was in unacceptable condition, with stained bedding, dirty bathroom fixtures, buildup and discoloration around the shower dispensers, and visible wear and damage throughout the room. I took multiple photographs because I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance.

However, the most concerning incident involved someone entering my room without knocking or announcing themselves. There was also a teenage boy accompanying this individual. When I questioned the front desk, I was assured the person was a staff member. I requested to speak with a manager because I found the situation extremely concerning.

As a woman traveling alone, having someone unexpectedly enter my room was frightening and a serious violation of my privacy. Regardless of whether the individual was an employee, entering an occupied guest room without knocking is unacceptable.

Guests should be able to expect basic cleanliness, properly maintained accommodations, and respect for their personal safety and privacy. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet those expectations.

I would not recommend staying here, particularly to anyone traveling alone.

The grounds were a little trashie

Need more breakfast choices, and more channels on tv u can connect to Chromecast but not alot of ppl have access to thoses things.
