Not a pleasant stay. I attempted to cancel my stay but was unsuccessful.
Pros:

They were able to make our beds daily.

Cons:

The property was not warm and inviting. We did not few safe during our hotel stay. The facility had old fixtures and was not maintained. It was not a home away from home. There was no laundry to wash and the pool was green during the summer.

I mean, the rooms was clean, but the bathroom smelled it light mode it didn’t have a microwave inside the room and the place where the refrigerator go. It was rotten.

Cons:

Didn’t have a microwave inside the room the refrigerator cabinet was rotten. The bathroom smelled like mode. I had to bring in bleach to wipe down to get the smell out, but the smell still wouldn’t go away.

Cons:

The first room was disgusting. The pullout bed wasn’t even made and had dust and food crumbs all over it. They at least changed our room with no problem but overall the hotel was disgusting and falling apart.

I’m a loyal Hyatt member, this one was not bad because of the location & price.
Pros:

I liked the location! Close to the airport, a few places to eat & the highway for a quick trip downtown by car.

Cons:

The front desk snack options were sparse and the hotel could use a scent sprayer. The front desk staff was nice and very helpful, but for some reason it was very hard to get fresh towels/washcloths. I had to ask 3 times & housekeeping never refreshed our room. 😩
