Nice staff person at breakfast went out of her way to get me a yogurt as they had none left with the breakfast.
Close proximity to all areas we wanted to visit.
The TVs were old, at least 15 years old, and had analog channels that didn’t work well. We had “audio only” showing on the screen with no picture. Maintenance was sent up the first night and he jiggled some cords and basically told us to do the same if it happens again. Picture was grainy the entire 4 night stay.
Close to where we needed to be. Free parking and a decent free breakfast.
Bed was a little uncomfortable and TV was not clear and what we were watching was distorted.
Proximity to the airport
The bathrooms did not flush adequately. Housekeeping was short staffed so my room did not get cleaned. The refrigerator did not keep my food cold, even with the highest setting. Also, my credit card was ran for another customer with the same last name and I was called in the middle of the night to come downstairs and bring my credit card againto correct the mistake. When I had to be at work at 5 o’clock in the morning.

Hotel's, bar, restaurant, pool was closed, so no where to eat and no breakfast would have been provided. Painting was going on in front of the entrance so we had to navigate getting in. Lobby had construction or wall repairs. Was dark, dated, and had a musty smell in the lobby. The room we were given also smelled, was not clean to our standards. The very small king bed sat right up against an old air conditioning unit under the window so if we stayed we would have had to deal with that. Room was so small two people could not get in the bed. Regardless, I didn't stay in the room long enough to even check whether the bed sheets were clean.
Went down to the lobby and said we couldn't stay there so the receptionist cancelled our reservation. Then...the stress began. Spend over two hours on the phone with Booking.com, to file a report, then was told to call the hotel, then told to call Booking.com again, then the hotel again to get our refund confirmed. Booking.com seemed to have left it up to the hotel to determine whether we should stay there or not and if we should be given a refund. Ingrid, the manager said the place was fine to stay at and at first refused to give us our refund back.
I've stayed at this hotel chain many times and this by far was the worse experience. Ive booked at Booking.com and this by far has also been the worse experience. I will not be staying at any Hyatt hotels in the near future, nor will I be using Bookings.com again. If you think this is what customer service is, I don't need it.
Really appreciated the location was 10-20 minutes from where I needed to go.
Didn't really like parking at night tree service trucks and RVs was taking all the spots. The tv was dated and didn't offer many channels.
Stayed March 13–15 in Room 315. The bathroom was completely unusable due to a broken flushing mechanism for the entire stay.
Reported the issue multiple times. Staff stated maintenance would come, but no one resolved it.
I have documented video evidence showing the toilet was still not working at approximately 9:16 PM on March 14.
The hotel later claimed the issue was fixed earlier in the day, which directly contradicts the documented evidence.
A partial refund was issued, but they refused a full refund despite the room lacking a functioning bathroom.
This was escalated through corporate and consumer complaint channels.
Very disappointing handling of a basic service failure.
Subpar hotel- feels old and dirty even though the room was visually clean. Customer service was fine- everyone was nice. The rooms were so hot and hard to cool down. The airport shuttle was a disaster. I will definitely go a different route for my next stay.
