We were happy with our stay and would do so again.
Pros:

The staff was great. The building was nice, too.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was too loud, and it was not easy to dial in a good temperature. The controls on the unit itself didn't do anything. — Also, the room was a bit small... not much room for luggage/clothing.

My mom used to stay here. I was happy to do that once more before it's gone.
Pros:

The location is perfect! It's next to the Family History center and across the street from Temple Square. One block down is City Creek shopping.

Excellent value for what we needed
Pros:

Our room was large and clean, staff were pleasant, parking was extra but not very much. Location is very central, excellent for both downtown and for the Trax train including the airport route.

Cons:

Breakfast not included, but the stay was an excellent value anyway.

Pros:

Localização excelente, perto de tudo do centro e principalmente da igreja. tem o estacionamento do lado que é super barato (10 dolares por dia).

Rude staff. Stayed two nights but since we had to change rooms. We were charged 10.00 again to park. I said since we are only changing rooms why pay parking again. Was told I had two different confirmation numbers. I said yes but we are the same people. No resolution
