Desayuno muy básico sin cosas como aceite de oliva o jamón de york. Creo q por el precio no es razonable. La tercera cama era de postin y muy mala.

El desayuno muy completo, continental, y con variedad. Todo muy limpio y actualizado, Parking amplio y sin problemas de aparcamiento, al lado de un centro comercial en el que se podía comer o cenar (no demasiada variedad, ojo con los horarios) y comprar productos si necesitas
La habitación de 4 personas es realmente pequeña, el sofá cama era muy incómodo (además que es un hotel, se espera 4 camas, no un sofá cama). No está preparado para días calurosos, tener en cuenta eso, supongo que como el resto de Escocia.

I paid £598 for just two nights, including breakfast, and honestly, this is what I got in return. For that amount of money, I expected a much higher standard of service and a decent breakfast experience. What I experienced was extremely disappointing.
The breakfast was cold, with many items almost completely finished and not being replenished promptly. Even basic things like cutlery were difficult to find. The whole breakfast service felt poorly managed and far below what I would expect from a Holiday Inn.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. When I asked one of the breakfast staff if they had a fried egg, I was simply told “No” in a very harsh and unfriendly manner. There was no courtesy, no explanation and no attempt to offer an alternative. Guests should not be spoken to in this way.
For £598 for two nights including breakfast, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. The cold food, nearly empty dishes, difficulty finding cutlery and poor attitude from staff made breakfast a very frustrating experience rather than something enjoyable.
I expected much better from Holiday Inn Inverness. The service and breakfast did not come close to justifying what I paid. Based on this experience, I would seriously reconsider staying here again and would not recommend it to others.
Very disappointing and extremely poor value for money.
