Handy location to get into the town centre.
Pros:

"The Snow Goose Inn", just a couple of minutes walk away, is very handy for getting a nice meal & a drink.

Excellent. Extremely comfortable and clean. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was well located for us and also for my family who were driving up to Gairloch for my daughter's wedding. They were picking us up by the A9. Good location to refuel etc.
Staff were very helpful in carrying our bag to our room ( I am 67) when we arrived at approx 2am after a cancelled flight that was rebooked to Aberdeen and then transfered by coach to Inverness. The staff could see that we were exhausted on arrival, and I was also caring for my Learning Disabled brother who was travelling with me. They could not have been more helpful.
Hot drinks were free whilst we waited in the very comfortable lounge between checkout and our pick up.
Breakfast was more than adequate with choices for people with allergies such as gluten free which did not apply to us, but I did take notice that this was offered. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Well done and thank you for your service and consideration xx

A great, comfortable stay in Inverness
Pros:

A great, comfortable stay in Inverness. The rooms are spacious and warm, clean and well looked after—slightly outdated, but that didn’t bother us. The staff were super friendly, and we paid very little for our one-night stay. It’s a little far from the town centre, but there’s a lovely traditional pub just opposite where we had dinner, perfect if you’re looking for a classic bite to eat.

At such short notice due to plane cancellation, good experience
Pros:

Perfect check in, great room.

Not your fault but couldn't have cooked breakfast as plane departure meant 5.45 exit

Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful, they really seemed to enjoy their work. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty, and there was plenty.
