The customer service, amazing. Lobby and bar area amazing, room was very comfortable, horrible view unfortunately the structure and the location of the room is the reason the view is bad

The hotel is beautiful but not worth the amount paid.
There was no microwave in our room. The food that could be purchased in the food shop was outrageous. The breakfast wasn’t free. I will not be staying again.

The hotel smelled musty, mildewy. It definitely needs cleaned and thoroughly checked for mold/mildew.
The hotel is convenient to Easton with ready access to the freeway, making other parts of Columbus convenient.
Given how grand this property appears on the outside, the lobby decor is gauche and junky, and the rooms are drab and dingy. Parking at the hotel involves navigating through a fence and rent-a-cops that make it look like you're checking into a war zone. Definitely not what I expected given this hotel's reputation.
It is beautiful and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

We enjoyed the hotel itself.
The parking lot situation. We had our car windows shattered in the parking lot. We were valued guests when we arrived but treated terribly once the vandalism happened. We took care of the plastic for our shattered windows and had to vacuum the glass from the car myself. Some guests got information but we were just told to call the police department. We were helped more by fellow guests than any employee from Hilton. I have stayed in the area for years and thought that I finally got to stay at the Hilton but it ended up being a hugh let down and terrible experience. We were on a family shopping trip that was ruined by vandalism. I also had to have a strong conversation with security about please keep an eye on our car while we went to breakfast. His only concern was how much I paid for parking!!!!
I waited to write my review as I have been so upset about this situation. The weekend was ruined and we are the ones stuck with higher insurance premiums!
I had a really great experience at the Hilton in Easton! The hotel is beautiful with a vibrant bar in the lobby and updated/refreshing rooms. The front desk checked us in quickly and upgraded my room due to my gold status. The breakfast in the morning was incredible, thanks to Pat! I gave him the freedom to make my omelet however he wanted to, and it was to die for!
