Just okay.
Pros:

Location great, hotel beautiful…until we arrived at the room.

Cons:

Room wasn’t super clean, and honestly could use some updating. Beds were not comfortable, neither was the sleeper sofa and chairs just to relax on. The wallpaper was peeling and bubbled in multiple places, water stains on the ceiling, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom, either. The hotel exterior, lobby, main areas were gorgeous. The room was a let down. For the price of breakfast I also felt the food options could’ve been slightly better.

Convenients stay but everything was old.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Toilet was not that clean. There were hairs in the sink. Toilets were old style like the room. Windows were too high that anyone could see nothing outside. There was no room service. You have to go downstairs to order and get some food.

Phenomenal experience for our family trip to Columbus!
Pros:

The location was perfect for the surrounding area of visiting the Easton shops and dining, Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, and Columbus Art Museum. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and utilized the gym each day during our stay. The entire staff was friendly, and all areas of the hotel were clean and organized. We would have no hesitation to stay again at this location for our future Columbus trips.

Cons:

Not much to say we didn’t like about the property. The treadmills were out of order our first day we stayed, however were fixed by the next day.

I would like to stay here again but some basic things should be cleaned up to make it perfect.
Pros:

The location is perfect , convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.

Cons:

I specifically picked this hotel for the heated pool that was in description for my kids. However, the pool was ICE COLD and murky . Unacceptable for such a beautiful hotel.
