Pros:

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind.

Cons:

First day the pool seemed a little dirty and colder than I thought it would be and the hot tub wasn't that hot however the very next day it was much better so not really sure what caused that.

Clean and friendly but not worth the price
Pros:

The employees were absolutely wonderful. The rooms and the hotel in general were extremely clean.

Cons:

I upgraded my room to a King suite, and it was the same room as the king room. It was small and nothing special about the room. For the price I paid, it should have been bigger and more. Scratches all over the furniture and with the money you pay they should upgrade. I have stayed at smaller and cheaper hotels, and they were a lot nicer. I was very disappointed. The breakfast was no different from any other place I have stayed as well.

Beautiful hotel, room was clean, walking distance to restaurants/shopping.

Cons:

Besides the lady at the front desk and doorman, the staff was not very friendly or efficient. We went to the bar for a drink and dessert and waited almost 30 mins for a shot of whiskey and piece of cake. Then when we were ready for bed, we realized we forgot to ask for extra pillows, so my husband called down to request 2 extra. They said they would bring it right up. After about 40 mins, my husband went to ask someone at the front desk, and they said "Oh, he must have forgot. We'll call him now." Almost an hour after calling we got the pillows.

I didn’t have to worry at all if our room was properly cleaned, you could tell everything was fresh as soon as you walke

Never again, bad birthday trip
Pros:

I got a king suite so it was pretty quiet, or there was just nobody staying in the room next to me. Great ability to control temperature throughout the room.

Cons:

Handicap parking is atrocious, no use of communal microwave after 11:00 p.m. both ice machines on the 5th floor do not work. Dirty room, unprofessional staff. Valet parking is $40 per day, self park is $12 per day, and you'll probably have to park a quarter mile away. It was very difficult to stay at this property with my disabled mother. We would have probably been better off at a motel 6

I Would NOT stay here again.
Pros:

It was near where my business event was.

Cons:

It is right in the middle of a town place area that is congested and full of traffic. Trying to get into the hotel parking lot is a nightmare. The walk from the parking garage is a real hike. If walking is an issue this is not the hotel for you. Additionally, after reporting a serious leak in my bathroom it was not addressed and my shower flooded again the next day.
