Cons:

The AC stopped working for a time, however, it was repaired promptly. Also, when our room was made up for our 2nd day, we did not have enough towels, the coffee station was not restocked and we did not receive new water bottles.

Very displeased and staff and building.

The coffee and the breakfast was OK

Cons:

When I approached a desk to have someone to come and clean my room, it did not happen. The shower in my room did not work properly. Water was all over the floor. They said they were sending someone no one ever showed up for the entire time. I was there I was wiping up water off the floor and asking for extra towels. Not happy at all, but never stay there again.

All in all it was wonderful just be prepared to pay more than just hotel room and taxes.
Pros:

A beautiful, clean and friendly hotel

Cons:

The extra $50 charge when you get there and they really don’t want honor the Booking Apps sales agreements that is offered to the app user.

What a pleasant visit
Pros:

The overall cleanliness of the facility and the friendly and helpful staff. From the front desk receptionist to the room attendants, everyone was so pleasant and helpful!

It was an extremely hot weekend, and they made sure we were well hydrated with plenty of water and fresh berries.
