The staff made the stay so much more enjoyable.
Pros:

The best part of the stay was the staff going above and beyond. In particular Marcus at the front desk personalized a card for my daughter and that unexpected personal touch was incredible. Thank you Marcus and the sweet girl that delivered the card and candy!

Cons:

The pool could stay open a little later.
