Overall the stay was nice a lot different food places to eat and were kinda close.
Pros:

Wasn’t a bad location the breakfast was excellent good food the bed was comfortable

Cons:

When I booked it nothing was said about a $45 valet it had no self parking the shower was small and was slippery was a little outdated needs some updates

Hilton had a global outage that didn't allow front desk to check people in until 10o pm or so... no direction given by local staff other than "we r sorry". When other guest asked for Manager as there were 30+ people in the lobby waiting, we were told the Manager was at home. (During a major outage.. seriously). We requested a refund that consisted of them writing our name on a piece of paper, then we rebooked at another hotel. I travel 250 days a year, so not new to travel challenges.. but this was not handled well by the local management and I won't look to stay here again, suggest you do the same.

Decent but not worth the price.
Pros:

It was very close to our event downtown.

Cons:

I expected it to be nicer for the price. There wasn’t even an outlet in the bathroom. I think most people want to do their hair with blow driers, straightener etc in the bathroom. There were also TOENAILS on our carpet. The one was so big, there was no way it was vacuumed between stays.

Will never go back!!!!
Pros:

Air condition in the room didn’t work. Called front desk, took 10 minutes for them to answer. They didn’t do anything about it. Was absolutely miserable. But I got the valet parking for free as the refund for the inconvenience!

Fun week.. nice hotel!
Pros:

It was just ok.

Cons:

It was so loud downtown and hard to sleep. Honestly, I didn’t sleep very well. I think you need to offer ear plugs or sounds machines because of the noice on Higg Street.

Enjoyed the location, but we have.kids and book hotels for the pool. Not sure if we would return.
