The stay was ok but I was charged twice for parking there was 1 elevator working waiting almost 10.mins each time for the elevator to come
Location
Very friendly staff
Pillows and that breakfast was gone mostly before it even ended.
Lots of selections for breakfast…although there were no egg omelets when I first arrived. I have stayed at this location numerous times over the last 20 years as I used to come for the dental convention every year. I have retired no, so I no longer come yearly. I was glad to see Clifford was still there..got to talk to him and he says he only works weekends, part-time now….he is a treasure…always so pleasant and friendly.
I did the online check-in so I could avoid the front desk, which was crowded when I arrived; however, I was unable to get the key on my phone…I called and went through a 20 minute phone conversation with no solution. I went back down to the front desk and a nice employee quickly got me a regular key. So very helpful. But phone representatives not helpful. Did not like the fact that your price was triple what I would normally pay because of the concert. I believe this is price gouging. Also price of valet parking my car is too expensive….was $35, which was already pricy…now even higher. You don’t even have a bottle of water in the room. That would be a nice amenity to offer. Valet parking was very backed up upon my arrival around 4 pm…and also on checking out..around 11 am.
Location within walking distance to events and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful
Air conditioner was not working in the room; however it was fixed quickly. Toilets and doors are loud.
Came for a concert and loved the hotel & location which was within walking distance to go eat or have an adult beverage :)
Clifford at the front desk is so upbeat & welcoming. He's an asset to your hotel & company! He was always very pleasant and knowledgeable of where to go eat, etc.
comfy bed. decent breakfast. good dark roast coffee!
had a few issues. Leticia never logged in a package i received (that I needed) and her excuse was "there are a lot of packages for the conventions and not everything gets logged in". I find this a pathetic excuse. Since the convention center is across the street, the excuse that you can't do your job is unacceptable. Maybe a better logging system? But shrugging your shoulders is not a way to treat a guest. I could be someone really important.
The beds were really comfortable.
We missed the breakfast.
I liked the proximity to the Columbus Convention Center, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfy.
The trash cans were typically overflowing in the dining area, the valet parking while convient was a bit costly.
The hotel front desk was very helpful! I had forgotten bottled water for my C-PAP machine and thr gentleman working the front desk, (I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was working 3rd shift on the night of jan 10, 2026) brought me 2 bottles of water to room 410. It was very nice and my family appreciated it very much!!!
There wasn't much to NOT like. But, if I had to say anything, it was the 2 elevators being out. But that wasn't a deal breaker. We got our steps in!!
