Pros:

Habitación espaciosa. La cama y almohadas súper cómodas. Muy tranquilo, poco ruido y movimiento en los pasillos. Tiene parqueo gratis lo que es un plus. Tiene un Target súper cerca, te puedes ir caminando. A menos de 3 minutos de la tienda Ross y el Dadeland Mall con buenísimos restaurantes y tiendas premium. El personal del hotel es muy amable. 100% recomendado.

The location is very good.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely small and stuffy; we couldn't open the window because it was simply boarded up. We stayed for six days without being able to air out the room, and it reeked of mold. The breakfast service was not designed to accommodate such a large number of guests; consequently, whenever we went down, we were met with crowds of people practically fighting over the food. We had paid for these breakfasts, but we ended up skipping them entirely just to avoid having to battle for a meal. We went several nights without sleep because the neighbors upstairs were partying all night long. We couldn't get through to the front desk by phone, so in the middle of the night, I had to go down in person to plead with them to call the neighbors—but the noise continued unabated. On another night, a car alarm went off right beneath our window and blared until 6:00 AM; the staff did absolutely nothing to put a stop to it. A complete disappointment.

Bathroom sink did not work and carpet was not vacuumed. Clerk acted like she was doing me a big favor by giving me the free cookies.
