Beautiful but needs some fine tweaks

Beautiful room and view. Very peaceful! And staff was so kind abs helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t see a hot tub and I thought I saw one in the website. It was a little confusing to find at night. No clear sign for the last turn in the dark road. Staff were sweet and the facility was fine. Too many people congregating outside my balcony to watch the sunset - made the experience annoying. Dirty Towels were left from a previous guest. Jacuzzi tub was an eye sore and didn’t work. Shower had no pressure and the window did not open. WiFi was horrible. We can talk to astronauts in space but can’t get reception at the end of a jetty?! No tea selection in the coffee samples.

Pros:

The king size bed was so so comfortable! I didn't want to get out when it was time to leave! The grounds were so magnificent ! Beautiful landscapes!

Cons:

I think having a little more thicker blanket or comforter of same kind would be nice.

Killer view and large, but horrible bathrooms with cracks in the ground and horrid noise levels

view in the room was stunning and the hotel staff was welcoming.

Cons:

The room did not match the photos I was sent after booking. The bathroom connected to bedroom in room was in dire need of renovation. The shower head was horribly overly powerful or at a trickle and in poor condition. Getting it to not be overly hot was a constant effort. Too hot to too cold repeatedly. Super loud sea lions kept us awake all night.

It wasn’t worth the price.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

The room is dated. The shower curtain was missing and my partner reported it and they initially told us they will send maintenance the next day to fix this but we were leaving early so that wasn’t going to work out. We asked for a new room but they went looking for a curtain and gave it to us to install. As we were trying to place the curtain rod up, white flakes from the shower were coming off the walls. Looks like they painted the tiles to hide scratches. The room was stuffy and there was no fan in the room so we slept with the window open. people were talking right outside our window late at night and kept waking us up. Definitely not returning.
