Such a beautiful place and very peaceful.
Pros:

The view was so very beautiful as well as the location. The greenery is so spectacular very well taken care of. Very relaxing.

Cons:

The bathroom had ants and the water was shut down for 5 plus hours one. That was very difficult since I am in my eighties things are not so easy.

I lived In Oceanside for many years so the visit brought back many positive memories of the beach.
Pros:

The location and view are outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my situation of difficulty navigating the stairs (see below). I would give the staff 5 stars! The suite was very nice.

Cons:

Based on the pictures and descriptions, I was unaware of the stairs to get into the main lobby and also to my room, which was on second floor. The stairs were very difficult for this “older” person to navigate. I did find a ramp from the north end of the building to the lobby which helped. The staff was helpful in getting my items up to the second floor. The high temperatures resulted in the room being very warm. There were ceiling fans and portable fans but it was still warm. I understand this was a unique weather situation and in other times would not be an issue. As much as I like the location/facility I probably would not return unless I knew I was on first floor.

Awful. Never again.
Pros:

Not much. They have zero ac and their answer for ac is giving you a box fan and telling you to leave your door open… after they tell you the homeless issue is rampant over there.

Cons:

Pretty much everything. The blonde manager lady was SO RUDE and the fact that I sweated more in my room than I did outside posed as an issue.

Not what was expected, disappointed!!
Pros:

The location. Beautiful views, accessible beach via a short walk

Cons:

The losing provided a pull out sofa. Upon arrival it was just a sofa, no sofa bed. Not enough bedding to use on the couch. They do not have air conditioning and the losing does not indicate this. They did nothing to remedy nor compensate for missing beds and inconvenience of family members having to sleep on a couch.

Old worn facility, no AC. Ants, no hot water. The staff up graded us on arrival because our military son was with us. S

No air conditioning they gave us 2 fans. Carpet dirty/stained. No hot water in one of our 2 bathrooms. They called a plumber, who “fixed it”. Still no hot water. Ants crawling on us in our sleep- had to change bedrooms to the hotter one of the two.
