It was ok if it wasent for the spa we would have left the first rooms state

Initially we was given a room which the sink was blocked and had water and dirt in it the phone was all dusty upon returning back to reception as we could not call down the phone was also broken we was moved to another room but nothing else was offered for the inconvenience caused

Has seen better days. Single bed in the room was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre at best, unfortunately also put off by absolute horrific body odour from a server. Really unacceptable

Should be free PARKING!

Comfortable room, nice and quiet.

Cons:

That I had to pay £8:00 for parking, as we stayed in the Hampton by Hilton in Stockton the night before. Top marks, very clean, quiet, and very professional staff. But the main thing was FREE PARKING!!!
