Good value for a hotel with a swimming pool and spa but wouldn’t choose to stay again.
Pros:

The swimming pool and spa area were lovely. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful

Cons:

The restaurant had run out of most food and when my dish did arrive it was cold on the inside.

Pros:

Hotel had plenty of things to offer in my vist
Room was big enough and good quality in size just very outdated

Cons:

Area is dead, not the hotel's fault, but I just wanted to make a note in case you are thinking about the weekend away.
Room wasn't the best and was meant to be one of the best rooms. The bathroom had water stains on roof toilet paper, had hair on, and bedding was washed but to a poor standard

Overall I would rate 8 on 10 for sure
Pros:

Very clean , easy to access place in the city with a pretty much decent facilities . Staffs are quick in response if at all any concerns and above all very calm and relaxing stay

Cons:

May be the temperature setting of room , I find at times there is some issue with maintaining the right temp even we adjust the heating .. strictly my opinion .. may be it’s fine for others

Me and my partner were both completely satisfied
Pros:

I was very pleased to find not only a hair dryer but an iron and ironing board which was fabulous

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel the only suggestion I have is perhaps update the tvs in the rooms

toilet seat broke on my partner cuts all over his bum ruined our stay couldn’t use the pool coz he had plasters all over his bum had to change rooms toilet seat broke into loads peace realy dangerous and staff wasn’t really botherd offered his a plaster that was it been ere few times before and realy enjoyed our stay shame realy ruined our kid free night

We were happily surprised to be in the executive suite absolute fantastic lots of space a coffee pod machine mini fridge with KitKat and bottled water we always come to this hotel as we also love the fact you can pop downstairs for a hot tub experience before a hard days work
