Overall was okay
Pros:

The room was rather clean and tidy, the bed itself was also very comfortable, sheets and beddings were clean and not ruined, no stains or odours from pillows, etc, and nothing major to complain about. The hotel restaurant was also clean. For the breakfast itself, the food was fine.

Cons:

Hotel location was at the centre of town which meant quite a bit of noise. Breakfast was the most unsatisfactory because the machine provided for self serve coffee was broken and unusable, and the staff brought lower quality instant coffee in a thermal flask, which we did not fully appreciate.

Cons:

Beds were so uncomfortable was like lying on concrete both the bed and pillows i suffer with a bad back and waiting for an operation and its just added to the pain, air conditioning was just making a noise would not turn up or down and the tap just dripped from getting in the room to going home, came for the wife's 40th with the family as we were booked in a restaurant for tea and thought we would relax after rather than drive home late but would of been easier to drive home after for comfort

Comfortable stay but wasn’t very happy with the situation of not cleaning the room after the 2nd night
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were friendly and the was nice and big and spacious.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned after the 2nd night. I came back in the evening to find that the room wasn’t cleaned.
