Pros:

Absolutely great, staff were all great and welcoming and brilliant with my granddaughter food really good beds so comfy and swimming was a added bonus thank you and well done to all

Room has mould around windows, heating systems goes off at 11pm to 6 am as they told me this is for saving energy but was cold as 3 degrees outside, fan on bath doesn't work so damp all over the room when you use bath, jaqosy doesn't work ,not happy at all.

Great hotel! Great food! Great vibe!
Pros:

The room was very well laid out and spacious. The breakfast had a great choice and the staff could not have done any more for you. They were lovely. Even the bar staff who was a total of one person dealing with a wedding, stag do and guests.

Cons:

The car park - very tight spaces. The surrounding area put me off going for a walk as I was on my own.

Receptionist was helpful. I think Claire working at the pool doesn’t deserve to be there, too rude nor hospitable

Probably stay in the premier inn next door in future.

Not much!
Staff pleasant albeit service slow.

Cons:

Carpets missing on the stairs which made it feel like you’re exiting an outdoor car park!
Shower curtain very dingy. Whole bathroom needs updating. Food severely overpriced for what you get. House wine very cheap and tasted like water.
Jacuzzi next to the pool was barely warm. Probably won’t book to stay here again.

If I’m ever in town again, I would stay anywhere else
Pros:

Clean. Friendly staff (I got the impression it was a family affair). Ideally located in town centre. Breakfast was nice. Great value for what I paid.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything not to like to be honest. I would say the double room might be a might cramped if two people staying. But as it was only myself, this wasn’t an issue.
