Very comfortable
Pros:

Staff were very friendly especially the 2 on the desk when we checked in on the Friday evening

The hotel is not family friendly enough and the facilities need to be reviewed.

Cons:

1. The fact that I have to go down to the reception every now and then to reactivate our fob because they stopped working.
2. The fact that we were separated from each other for the first time because the hotel does not have a room for a family of five nor do they have two rooms with a connecting door.

Tired but well situated.
Pros:

Tired hotel in a decent location. Breakfast was good. Decor is distinctly weathered including sections of staircase without carpeting and chips and dents throughout the room.

Friendly helpful staff my lock wouldn't work in the changing facilities, guy sorted it it , lights weren't working in the room , maid sorted it straight away . Comfy beds , we love staying here

Close to pubs restaurants and shops. Staff friendly food nice and good variety.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice good variety staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable struggled to sleep woke up multiple times through the night stiff and sore

Stayed for the night enjoyed food and drinks in the restaurant. Very enjoyable stay
