Hôtel somme toute abordable à Reykjavík.
Pros:

Hôtel situé dans un quartier résidentiel mais l’accès au centre-ville se fait facilement à pied.
Personnel courtois.
Stationnement gratuit sur la rue.
Très bon déjeuner.
Chambre simple mais confortable, spacieuse et propre.

Pros:

Die Lage, das Fruhstück und die Möglichkeit einer Garage

Cons:

Da die Rezeptionisten händische die Garagentüre aufmachen müssen, entstehen lange Wartezeiten.
Trotz eines Aufzuges ist das Hotel nicht barrierefrei, da ein Teil der Zimmer in jedem Stockwerk nur über Stiegen erreichbar sind.
Für den hohen Preis alte abgwohnte Einrichtung

A Good Place
Pros:

We stayed at Fosshotel Raudara 2 nights prior to a 7day van tour of Iceland, and another 2 nights after our return to Reykjavik. We recommend the hotel: the hotel and rooms were clean and well-kept, the breakfast was ample and good, and the front-desk staff were unfailingly helpful and good-humoured when we needed their assistance. The hotel location is a short walk from Stop 13 connection from central bus terminal/airport bus, and about a 15/20 minute walk along main pedestrian street to centre of Reykjavik. Some of the hotel rooms are small and dated but overall we found Fosshotel Raudara to be a very good place to stay in Reykjavik.

Nettes Hotel in sehr guter, zentraler Lage
Pros:

Großartige Lage, sehr nahe beim Zentrum. Apotheken, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Krankenanstalten (war leider notwendig) sind von dort alle zu Fuß erreichbar (maximal 15 Minuten). Es ist ein sehr schöner, großer Park gleich nebenan. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Die Betten waren angenehm und die Vorhänge schützten gut vor dem einfallenden Licht. Man kommt dort gut mit dem Auto hin. Es gibt Parkplätze auf der Straße.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Man hatte kaum Platz etwas abzustellen. Die Türen schlugen so laut zu, dass wir schon sehr früh (ca. 5 Uhr) von abreisenden Gästen aufgeweckt wurden. Der Blick aus dem Fenster viel auf einen Wohnblock. Somit war auch das Zimmer offen für viele Blicke. Das ist aber verständlich, da das Hotel ja sehr zentral liegt. Die Parkplätze auf der Straße sind nicht ausschließlich für Hotelgäste also braucht man Glück und freie Plätze. Ob es eine Garage gibt ist mir nicht bekannt.

Pros:

Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Betten waren leider sehr durchgelegen und unbequem. Es roch auch etwas seltsam.
Die Vibrationen des Fahrstuhls sind im kompletten Hotel zu hören. Leider keine gute Nacht gehabt. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Heerlijk ontbijtje en je kan je auto achter het hotel (tegen betaling) goed parkeren. Vanaf het hotel kan je de stad in lopen.

Cons:

Het uizicht van de kamer was op een muur in ons geval.
