Quiet basic hotel
Pros:

Walking distance from a great selection of shops and restaurants. Quiet allowing for a good nights sleep. Breakfast area was a lovely space with lots of delicious food choices and comfortable/stylish
The room allocated looked out over the large courtyard / residential space which was quiet and calm and the request to be on the top floor was granted.
The hotel was quiet which allowed for a restful stay
Kettle and selection of tea/coffee in the room

Cons:

The room was basic, simply furnished and felt like student accommodation. There were not many plug sockets. The bathroom needed updating and the layout made entry/exit difficult. The entrance lobby was small and although there was a bar - it was not an area to sit and relax or big enough to accommodate more than a couple of guests

Great location—it's very convenient for walking around downtown. However, there was a water leak from the sprinkler.
