I had left a pair of sandals there and I called the next day after I left to see if anyone had turned them in. Oscar, the guy at the front desk, who answered the phone, told me yes someone had turned in my sandals. Great. But the very next thing he does is pulls up my reservation, my personal information that he no longer had a business right to be looking into, and informs me that he will be in my area and he could drop them off to me. WEIRDO!!!! I will be calling the manager of that Hotel to inform and complain about this.
It a nice place in a great location but the TV wasn't working and the hot water was scorching the 1st night. You have to play with the shower knob to get to warm.

The property good location and parking and the Bella Terra centre in walking distance for restaurants and shops

location, location, location
cleanliness is not there. lighting is too dark, color is so boring, bed is too small, ice machine is so loud, the elevator is very dirty. using black paint to cover the cheap wood by the sink is the worst
It was not a vacation. All we needed was a place to sleep and shower and it provided both at a reasonable price.
Bathroom lighting was very low. As a woman, difficult to apply makeup.
Good value for money in Huntington Beach, right next to interstate 405 and Ocean Boulevard. Mall and several restaurants in walking distance. Also good to note is that the OC Bus line stop is right next to the hotel.
The rooms are a bit outdated and the in-window air-conditioning unit makes quite a lot of noise. There are better hotels nearby in this price range.
