Great hotel, rude breakfast lady
Pros:

Hotel was great, check in was quick, the room was clean. We stayed there for 2 days. The first day i did not have breakfast. On the second day my husband went to the restaurant, then my kids went, then i went to join the kids. The lady that was replenishing the food was so rude. She told my kids and me that my husband already had breakfast, as in we're not allowed. Then i proceeded to get a croissant and she told me to only get one! I said that I wanted another one. She said something in Dutch and rolled her eyes. I felt like she was the police and i had committed a crime. So rude!
Other than that breakfast was lovely.

We thought this was near the airport , it’s not , it was a $58 cab ride in the middle of no where ! We got to the hotel the front desk girl was very nice, we carried our bags up the stairs to the room and the room was very hot and the windows didn’t open and there was no ac. So it was a sweat box , no way we could stay there ! Complained and they said they could not do anything for me the other rooms that we not in the sun were booked with the 2 beds that I needed, the front desk girl said she was pretty sure they would give me a refund but I have not seen one ! Amsterdam is way closer then this hotel with the misleading name !! Don’t stay here it’s not near anything.

Had a car so it was convenient for a stay near the airport. There is als oa bus terminal a few blocks away, and few restaurants and stores. Quite, clean, and pleasant neighborhood with easy parking.

Pros:

Great stay. Pity about the persistent smell of cigarette smoke. Guests continue to ignore the no smoking policy on the fire escape which then blows into the hotel.

Vorige bezoeker had gerookt in de badkamer
Pros:

Kamer was basic enkel in de badkamer ruimte het naar rook, tevens lag er een stapel bierdoppen naast het toilet. Dit had opgemerkt moeten worden door het schoonmaak team. Erg onprettig een riekende badkamer. Klacht ingediend bij de receptie, excuses gekregen.

Excellent place to stop over, would stop again
Pros:

Reception was friendly and efficient, booking in was easy.

Room was excellent with a fan running which helped as it was hot.

Parking was easy

I didn't eat there as I left too early before the room service breakfast was delivered. You had to choose what you wanted the night before from a great range of food and they would deliver to your room the next morning from 7am.
