Price of room plus breakfast could be better
Room and view and the Pool and spa facilities. Great Staff, great food, a true 5 star experience. Staff so helpful - they drove us to the show we attended in town and picked us up in the courtesy Merc

What an absolute TREASURE. The spa was a dream. Between the epic massage by Bobby and the beautiful spa amenities (steams and saunas and jacuzzi, oh my!!), the spa experience was sublime.
Afternoon tea was a decadent feast. Our server, Maura, was a sheer delight. The tea and multiple food courses were delectable, leaving our hearts and stomachs full.
Aghadoe Heights is truly a memorable, luxurious experience that would make any trip to Kerry a 10/10 memory.

We stayed four nights while on tour in the area. We did not use any spa facilities. We did eat breakfast and have dinner in the restaurant one night. We had dinner two nights in the Heights Lounge and drinks in the Terrace Bar. One minor issue was breakfasting each morning with slow service. At the Heights Lounge and Terrace Bar the service was spectacular.
Our room, on level one, was excellent. It was spacious and had a patio overlooking Lake Leane and Mac Gillycuddy Reek. The weather was good and I sat outside a bit. I enjoyed listening to the birds. You can take a short trail to an overlook just on the other side of the road. There also is a cemetery across the road if you want to wander there.
Again, our room was perfect with a safe, hairdryer, slippers and robes. There was a beverage station and a minifridge. The bath had a lighted mirror, a tub and a separate shower. There was a heated towel rack.
All appliances were in order. There is an elevator and parking.
We had a wonderful stay at Aghadoe Heights in June 2026. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding, with every meal beautifully prepared and delicious. The true highlight, however, was the spectacular view overlooking the lake and mountains—absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. A perfect place to relax while exploring County Kerry, and we would gladly return.
From the first steps in the door to our goodbyes the service was amazing! The warm hospitality of the Irish shown brightly in this beautiful 5 star hotel. The meals were delicious while service meticulous. Spa was on par with service and amenities. All the staff from Miguel at the front desk and Michael our porter were helpful, warm and lovely. Our family loved the beautiful view from our rooms, the lush Irish countryside on display for us to enjoy.

Rooms not cleaned properly found item at side of the bed and the tv would not work. Unacceptable for a 5 star.
We had a fabulous experience at the Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa this past May 2026. Our room was beautiful with such wonderful views. It was calm, relaxing and 5 star accomodations, food service, breakfasts and staff. The spa was lovely and a great way to relax. I would highly recommend staying here.
The surrounding grounds were beautiful to explore after a delicious meal. Les was outstanding in assisting us with our travel plans. He recommended wonderful offf the beaten track roads and beaches to explore.
Great location and spacious room
We absolutely loved our time at Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa. Our room was spacious and overlooked the lake, such a peaceful view to wake up to. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel like VIP guests from the moment we arrived. The restaurants on site served wonderful food, making every meal a highlight. We highly recommend this hotel!
