Perfect apart from Room Service no show !
Pros:

All Staff were lovely and welcoming. Amazing Views of Lake and Mountains from Room Balcony.
Very Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

Cons:

Ordered Room service Via Reception One Night and did not receive anything for 2 hours after order. Rang Reception and they said their Food Colleagues had not received the Order. Cancelled order as was too late.

Overall, a good experience. The location is excellent and the surrounding views are genuinely impressive – probably the highlight of the stay. The hotel itself is in a very peaceful setting, and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which made it comfortable.

The breakfast was decent, but the menu was the same every day, which became repetitive. Also, while the hotel has amazing views, the view from the room itself wasn’t particularly special.

Overall, a solid stay mainly because of the location, atmosphere, and comfort, but there’s room for improvement in variety and room views.

Cons:

long walk from the entrance to the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the breakfast menu was the same every day, so it felt repetitive, and the room view wasn’t as impressive as expected.
