The view and hotel was very clean nice
Food
Very clean, comfortable and housekeeping staff very friendly and attentive
Went to the heights bar for dinner with reservation. Waited 35 minutes for our drinks to be ordered and did not order food until 45 minutes after being sat at our table. Starter was 25 minutes to come out had been sitting there awhile as there was a film on the soup, not hot either. Overall very average dining for the expectation of the hotel.
Amazing location & scenery. Staff were helpful and kind.
Nothing!
Beautiful views and really comfortable bed. Staff extremely friendly and helpful
Nothing. Everything was perfect
Everything
Nothing
The view out to the National Park was superb. The room was beautifully spacious, well-appointed and comfortable, though, being out-of-towners we did struggle to work the heating. The casual dining was a little disappointing in terms of the quality of the food, and, on the second evening, the service was very slow. But otherwise, we felt very privileged to have been able to stay here.
The food was a little on the ordinary side, and the service, on the second evening, in the casual dining bar-room, was very slow.
The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a bed that felt like pure luxury; I slept better than I have in a long time.
The staff was excellent, went far beyond my expectations:warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to make my stay perfect.
Everything about this stay was simply superb. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.
Everything was perfect
Best place i know to relax and unwind
Found the basic room small for the price, but having been several times I knew this
Spectacular views from the hotel but unfortunately not a 5 star experience. Didn’t get to sample the fine dining as the area set up for this was not conducive for fine dining and we cancelled. Cooked breakfast most of the elements over cooked. Service was patchy one outstanding exception was Vittorio who served us on 2 nights. His energy, friendless and efficiently was very lmpressive.
Everthing to food, staff, facilities all excellent
We spent one night here. The views are absolutely amazing and the standard room was also really lovely too! There was no atmosphere in the ‘bar’ area it was just a huge open space with no bar and all of chairs. Dinner was poor - we were initially given the incorrect menu then when ordering the fish option were told we would have to pay extra as it wasn’t included in the B&B rate. The food wasn’t piping hot and I was quite sick after it during the night. Breakfast was nice especially with the view. The thermal suites were such a let down and the pool area - really out dated. Overall I would say it was a very underrated experience especially for the price amazing views but sickness from the food and lack of atmosphere was disappointing
We absolutely loved this place and the views are to die for! The location was the main reason we chose this hotel as we wanted to do the ‘Ring of Kerry’ tour. However, on arrival we realised the hotel was to a higher standard than we expected. The room was beautiful and very clean, and the bed was large and super comfortable. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We used the pool and spa facilities available and everything was spotlessly clean with everything you needed there. Would definitely recommend.
