Het uitzicht is ongelooflijk mooi en dé grote troef voor dit hotel.
Ligt uit het dorpscentrum en daardoor veel rustiger dan de hotels aan de grote baan in het dorp.

If you're looking for the ultimate reset, look no further than the Spa at Aghadoe Heights.
Rachel (@tots_2_toddlers) and I escaped for the dreamiest spa day, and from the moment we arrived, every little detail was designed to help us completely switch off.
Before our treatments, we spent time in the incredible Thermal Suite, moving between the heat experiences before unwinding in the peaceful relaxation areas. The entire spa is inspired by the natural beauty of Killarney, with calming slate finishes, soft earthy tones and panoramic views over the Kerry countryside—it instantly melts the stress away. We also loved having access to the beautiful 15-metre pool, where the floor-to-ceiling windows make you feel completely immersed in the stunning surroundings.
Our treatments were simply exceptional. I experienced the Aghadoe Nature Ritual by Ground, a beautifully restorative treatment combining a back, neck and shoulder massage with a soothing facial massage, scalp massage, warmed marble stones and gentle Gua Sha techniques. Every movement felt intentional, easing away tension while leaving me feeling completely grounded and restored.
Rachel chose the Personalised Massage, tailored specifically to her needs with beautiful aromatherapy oils and pressure customised by her therapist. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and muscle relief, leaving her feeling lighter, refreshed and completely recharged.
Afterwards, we relaxed with a glass of Prosecco overlooking the rolling Kerry landscape, soaking up every last peaceful moment. It truly felt like time stood still.
The therapists were warm, knowledgeable and incredibly attentive, taking the time to personalise every aspect of our treatments. It's those thoughtful touches that elevate the entire experience from wonderful to unforgettable.
Whether you're celebrating something special, planning a girls' getaway or simply in need of some well-deserved self-care, the Spa at Aghadoe Heights is a place you'll be dreaming about long after you leave.
Thank you to the wonderful team for such a luxurious and rejuvenating experience—we hope to come back again soon.
We booked your property based on the website images and descriptions, which led us to believe we were reserving lake-view rooms. Instead, upon check-in to rooms 402 and 404, we were placed above the loading bay at the rear of the hotel with no lake view whatsoever.
This was a significant misrepresentation. The situation was made worse by the constant industrial noise directly outside our rooms. In the mid-afternoon, trucks were loading beer kegs, and dumpsters were being emptied with bottle-crushing noise. This created an unacceptable level of disturbance and made it impossible to enjoy the stay we had paid for.
I raised the issue with the front desk immediately and requested to be moved to the opposite side of the hotel. I was told this would require an additional charge of 150 Euro on top of the 700 Euro a night charge which is entirely unreasonable. We should not have been expected to pay extra to receive accommodation that reasonably matches what was advertised.
We were visiting from the USA with my family and chose your hotel to provide them with a special and enjoyable experience. Instead, we were left feeling misled, inconvenienced, and frankly disappointed by the standard of service and the room allocation.
In addition the hotel was far from full, the next morning at breakfast we counted less than 20 people at breakfast.
Absolutely loved all of it. The staff are so friendly and would do anything for you. Views are spectacular.
We loved all!!
Our short time.....but we will back !!!

Price of room plus breakfast could be better
Room and view and the Pool and spa facilities. Great Staff, great food, a true 5 star experience. Staff so helpful - they drove us to the show we attended in town and picked us up in the courtesy Merc
Everything about this place is really great - its expensive but is well worth it
What an absolute TREASURE. The spa was a dream. Between the epic massage by Bobby and the beautiful spa amenities (steams and saunas and jacuzzi, oh my!!), the spa experience was sublime.
Afternoon tea was a decadent feast. Our server, Maura, was a sheer delight. The tea and multiple food courses were delectable, leaving our hearts and stomachs full.
Aghadoe Heights is truly a memorable, luxurious experience that would make any trip to Kerry a 10/10 memory.
