Only thing was the room was a bit cold. To be fair the weather outside was awful but our loft room had single glazing which didn't help with heat retention.
everything Staff where excellent very polite helpful and pleasant, the food was excellent well presented and promptly served. Accommodation beautiful warm welcoming and extremely comfortable. Really enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend Clandeboye Lodge

We are just home from the loveliest night away, the Clandeboye is the perfect place to switch off and recharge! The staff can’t do enough for you they are all so lovely as is the food. We got upgraded on arrival as we were celebrating 5 months to our wedding countdown and the room was incredible! Can’t recommend this place enough!
This was our first stay at the hotel. On arrival the receptionist - Angie - was very friendly and very helpful - and immediately we felt right at home.
The food in the restaurant is exceptional - we both had sirloin steak - and i have to say it was very very good. The full Ulster breakfast in the morning was also very good.
The room was very clean and very comfortable.
The stay was so good that we have booked the restaurant again for Valentines Day.
Smooth check in from Janet who upgraded us to the bridal suite for our anniversary with an anniversary card and lindt chocolates left out on the bed for us. Absolutely stunning room and very spacious. Beautiful bathroom with a TV in front of the bath and a very spacious and amazing shower. Plenty of towels left out for us, loved the summer light in the bathroom too. Super comfy bed with the softest duvet, we had the best night's sleep. Cannot fault our stay at all. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and got complimentary prosecco and we were served by Ryan who was excellent and very efficient so thank you Ryan. We had a drink late in the evening in the lovely chilled area in the lobby. Breakfast the next morning was beautiful and again, great service. Just wish we could have stayed for more than the one night but we will most definitely stay here again as this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Beautiful grounds, in a relaxing location. We attended a wedding reception and stayed the night.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the Ultra-Luxe suite at the Clandeboye Lodge. The hotel and rooms are stunning and our dinner and breakfast was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed an hour-long soak in the extra deep copper tub in our suite. We will be back!
Best Hotel in Northern Ireland ! We loved it ! The room was so comfy and I loved having the Nespresso coffee maker ! The hotel food was delicious! We visited for a wedding and can't wait to visit again! The Christmas decorations were lovely and created such a beautiful atmosphere.
We had stayed in Clandeboye Lodge in December before, so we were keen to return for a short treat and some shopping in Holywood and Bangor (lots of great charity shops too!). It is so cosy and festive at Christmas, especially in the dining room. The food is also excellent and the staff always so chatty and helpful. A great little trip that we'll do again.
