Для 3 звезд просто замечательный отель. Типа живешь в музее. Находится в торце Галлереи Краковской.Все рядом- торговый центр,вокзал, автовокзал.До самого центра минут 10 через парк. Отель не новый, но очень чистый.Номера большие. Есть большой чайник и нормальный маленький холодильник, большое зеркало, фен.Каждый день дают конфетки, 2 бутылочки воды, чай, кофе.Окна открываются- можно проветрить.Есть кондиционер.Просторный санузел с душевой кабинкой, фен.Завтраки,как по мне, отличные. Есть яйца,сосиски, колбасы, сыр, селедка, салаты,блинчики, хлопья,кто любит, сладкое. Кофе,чай,соки. Кровати очень удобные.По 2 подушки. Единственное, нет розетки около кровати.Но есть в других местах.Очень приветливые люди на рецепшен.Нам очень понравилось.

Vzhľadom na super lokalizáciu hotela vždy preferujem tento hotel.
Pros:

Je to tradičný hotel s rustikálnym zariadením, nie je to moderne ladený hotel. Návšteva viackrát, vždy spokojnosť, nemáte čo vytknúť. Ide o samotné centrum, k všetkým pamiatkam pár minút chôdze. Pritom ruch centra mesta hotel negatívne nepociťuje. Vnútorný dvor ponúka letnú pivnú terasu, v marci mimo prevádzky. Parkovanie bolo zdarma v dvore vovnútri.

Cons:

Stále nefunguje hotelová reštaurácia, musíte sa ísť najesť von. Ale iné možnosti sú nablízko. K dispozícii sú len solídne raňajky, kde mi nechutila káva. Dobrá káva je v takomto hoteli nutnosť. Priamo v hoteli si nemáte kde večer posedieť. Vnútorný život hotela neexistuje, naopak vonku sa deje všetko, čo od prekrásneho Krakowa môžete očakávať.

Місце розташування готелю і безкоштовна парковка на території готелю.

Cons:

Досить застарілий готель. Навіть запах якийсь від цього у готелі. Меблі застарілі. Хоча тут і чисто, проте ліжко дуже вузьке для двох людей. Сніданки теж не сподобались. Ресторація теж застаріла. Готель однозначно потребує відновлення.

Great location and very good value for money if one doesn’t care about the old fashioned design styl
Pros:

Very nice and welcoming staff, available 24/7.
Excellent location near the train/bus central station and just few minutes of walk to the old city and main square. Free parking was a great bonus during our stay. The room was quiet and clean and we got excellent room cleaning and refill service.

Cons:

The hotel is in old building and is designed old and “heavy” style.

Estadía perfecta
Pros:

Tenía contempladas solo dos noches pero me gustó tanto el hotel que me quedé una tercera noche. Primero, llegué muy temprano el día del check in (a las 7 am de un tren nocturno) y pude guardar mi equipaje hasta el check in. La habitación es espectacular: espaciosa, con hervidor, una vista maravillosa a la plaza, buena calefacción.
El desayuno muy bueno también, contundente, opciones variadas, personal amable. Quisiera destacar que un día tenía una excursión muy temprano (a las 6 am) y me hicieron una caja con desayuno para poder llevar, fue un gesto muy valioso.
El resto del hotel es precioso, una decoración de época, todo muy bien mantenido. La ubicación es espectacular, cercano a la estación de tren y a pocas cuadras del lugar de inicio de excursiones. A 15 minutos caminando del centro histórico.
Totalmente recomendado, me volvería a quedar sin dudas si vuelvo a Cracovia.

Todo me gustó, no hubo absolutamente nada malo.
