Staff was really kind and professional. Front Office Manager Mariam and receptionist Katherine did a really good job.
I really wanted to enjoy my staying at this hotel, even by knowing from reviews that it has some problems. Unfortunately, everything that I read was valid. Not a very clean bed sheets, not a very clean bathroom. Not a really comfortable facilities of the room itself including the beds. But for the price of one night, I guess, it can be reasonable for someone

Sinds woensdag tot nu zaterdag niks warm water.leuk hoor niet kunne douchen.vind dat ik op zen minst wel een deel.van geld terug krijg...en heb bedwantsen gezien.
I liked the check in organisation and the hall and the tranquility in the rooms
First, the tourist tax was not included in the advertised price and had to be paid at reception. I was not prepared for this extra charge.
Second, there was no hot water during my entire 3-night stay. Imagine spending the whole day sightseeing and then not being able to take a hot shower when you return. We checked out and the problem was still not fixed.
Third, there is no terrace or common area where guests can relax, have a coffee, or meet and talk with other travelers.
Finally, one of the two elevators was out of service, apparently due to construction work. This meant we constantly had to wait for the remaining elevator and often had to stop on multiple floors just to reach the reception level.
Overall, these issues had a significant negative impact on my stay.
Excellent en tout points
Chambre (4 lits) à la déco urbaine et trendy, avec un coin tabouret et table pour plus de convivialité. Espace nuit et salle d'eau / WC attenante très clean aussi. Situation très centrale, juste face à la gare. Bruits / ambiance d'une grande ville la nuit, si l'on laisse la fenêtre ouverte, sinon plutôt très bien insonorisé.
Personnel d'accueil hyper sympa, un fois de plus.
J'y reviendrai.

Chambres (à 4 lits pour ma part) très bien conçues et agencées. Avec salle d'eau attenante impeccable, incluant les WC.
Prestation très honnête dans sa catégorie. Accès ascenseur. situation géographique au top, presque en face de la grande gare des trains, en hypercentre. Personnel d'accueil très sympa.

Colazione scarsa. Di dolce c'è solo pancake, cereali muslei, marmellate.. di due ascensori ne finzione solo una che ha una capienza di 4 persone. E un giorno non ha funzionato neanche quella. Sembra pulito ma poi vedi i veri difetti. Appena arrivati capelli nel letto. Bagno ok ma la doccia proprio no molto incrostata. Il problema peggiore e stato rimanere senza acque per 3 giorni. Prima volta ci hanno cambiato stanza. Poi e successo di nuovo. Fatto reclamo c'è stato risposto che entro 10/15 minuti sarebbe stato risolto il problema ma così non è stato e ci siamo lavati con l'acqua fredda.

Receptionen var slet slet ikke serviceminded. jeg prøvede at spørge om mit selskab havde værelser i nærheden af mit, men det kunne de ikke bekræfte. Og især var det så irriterende at de ikke gav morgenmadbeviset, jeg fandt ud af at det var nødvendigt at have da jeg fik skældud fra personalet ved morgenmad.
