Mandarin Oriental, Miami

A beautiful property with breathtaking views, exceptional service, and incredible food. The location is perfect, and every detail reflects the luxury Mandarin Oriental is known for. Highly recommended.

A very good hotel in a great location. The room we booked had lovely views and the restaurant was superb. All of the staff we met were charming and although not a cheap place to stay - you get what you pay for.

Everything! Is great and incredibly satisfying!!! Sadly this locations gonna be out for 5 years…

We had a great stay here-beautiful hotel-excellent location- very helpful staff.
We liked walking across the bridge to explore Brickell- some good shopping and restaurants. We had a lovely jr suite with a really large veranda- and enjoyed sitting out there-watching boats go by and looking at the downtown cityscape. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was a treat. Great variety and delicious food.
We would love to return but were told that the hotel will be demolished and a new hotel and residential tower will take its place. Based on this stay-we will try to find another Mandarin Oriental to stay at, in our travels.

the hotel lives on its past grace. it is ok but not ideal for a traveller used to real Luxury.

Location was amazing

My first time in Miami & stayed at this fantastic hotel with my girlfriend our room was large spacious & clean with a great view. We flew in from Montego Bay Jamaica after spending six days in Jamaica . I cannot fault any of the staff at this fabulous hotel , they were friendly , courteous & always willing to help . We used the pool facilities again the staff there were amazing . It’s a shame this hotel will be permanently closed as from 31/05/25 demolished then renovated for the next five years I’m %100 they will come back bigger , better, fabulous with the same high standards

Absolutely amazing! I have been going to this hotel since 2012 and my favorite hotel chain. So sorry you're closing but looking forward to seeing the renovation. Many have said it won't have the same intimate feeling but it will always have a special place in my heart.

Stunning does not say enough! From Sebastian's warm welcome at the front desk to Melissa's amazing cocktails at the bar! Everything was a dream. The service was just perfect and the staff was so caring. This style of service is the reason to stay at 5 star resorts and come back again and again.

Mandarin Oriental Miami Turned our stay incredible. My family and I , would like to thank director Jakub Direcotr of room for everything and rest of the staff from doormen , valet and front desk , Restaurent staff and housekeeping department for making our stay very enjoyable as always . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I like this hotel. The rooms are ok. Clean and with enough space for a a family of three. It is a bit worn, but I am told it is to be torn down, so it makes sense. Breakfast was really good, and breakfast patio is lovely to sit in. I also liked the pool and the pool area wich also have a nice little bar and lovely staff. Parts of the hotel has wall painting by the fascinating Flore. The artist was new to me, but I spent a good chunk of time in this hotel just staring at his art. Also it was quiet at night in our romm, and we had great view of the water. Walking distance to all we needed.

We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful hotel and had an amazing time. Every staff member was so welcoming and accommodating. The food at La Mar, as well as the pool bar was so delicious and fresh. Housekeeping made sure that our room was perfectly serviced every day My daughter was amazed how all her toiletries and make up was neatly organized We spent most of our time at the pool and can’t express enough how much we enjoyed it Thank you to Entire staff and see you again Love you All

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The food was exceptional considering the fact it was in a hotel. We all enjoyed each day and all meals. As for my service staff, Mayelina was one of our morning and evening service staff with exceptional service.
She was very attentive, super helpful with insight on the city, its transportation and where the Ice-cream spots might be.

Leon was also great and very quick on spotting needs and providing service that was wonderful. I am sure I am missing some but wanted to name a couple that stood out to me. Please say hi to them and thank you. The ambience in Mandarin is great!!
My room staff kept it clean and comfortable also. Nice experience here and the best food I have had in a hotel in a very long time. Thank you

Housekeeping must of forgot to give me bath towels when they cleaned my room on Saturday. When I went to shower Sunday morning, I didn't have any at all. I had to use the small hand towels. I had a flight to catch, so I didn't have time to wait for them to bring to my room.

not good at all. Didn’t use my chase travel points as i pointed numerous times would like to get a full refund from the hotel. The hotel stay costed more than a monthly rent in a nice penthouse on brickell. Not worth it as this hotel is shutting down on May 31

From the moment I stepped out of the car the multiple doormen greeted me with smiles and nice comments from “that’s a great suit”(which made me smile as it’s my favorite Armani!)to welcome to Mandarin! The front desk associate Chloe was kind and efficient and when I mentioned I was a Fan she whipped out a Mandarin special chocolate bar as my free gift—another wow moment that basically lay the groundwork for a stress free enjoyable stay even though I was there for business not leisure. This hotel is closing soon and being rebuilt over 5 years so I’ll reserve comment on other elements. Location was fantastic and room service was first class. Housekeeping was flawless

The room and the view were lovely but it's the service that sets it apart. I cannot express how impressed I am with everyone I encountered! From bell services and the front desk to the poolside bartenders and in-room dining attendant, everyone was warm, kind and welcoming.
