Very good for its category and a pleasant surprise
Pros:

It’s a great choice for staying, close to some of the most significant landmarks of Athens (many have already mentioned them eg distance to the Acropolis, etc.).

The hotel looks renovated with a nice clear style and is very clean. It’s clear that management invests in quality and staff, as I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel is well-staffed. I noticed this at the reception, breakfast-area, and in the roof-top restaurant.

The rooms are clean and cozy, which was especially appreciated after a long and tiring journey.

Breakfast was very good.

Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, from the roof garden staff to housekeeping to reception. I highly recommend!

Ну просто супер-отель за эту цену!
Вода везде (в лобби и в бутылках в номере), уборка чистая, все наборы (щетки, тапочки, наборы для шитья) сразу же в доступе, не нужно их просить. Чистые полотенца, большой номер. Мне понравилось буквально всё

Les murs ne sont pas insonorisé, le bruit dans les couloirs est sans cesse, un téléphone portable qui vibre dans la chambre d'à côté on l'entend.

Εξαιρετικηα τοποθεσια, πολυ φιλικο κι εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο, καθαρο δωματιο.

Cons:

Ειναι ενα αξιοπρεπες ξενοδοχειο ομως τα δωματια ειναι παρωχημενα. Για κοστος εως 100 ευρω τη βραδια ειναι μια χαρα, για παραπανω ομως οχι, καθως απαιτειται απαιτειται να βελτιωθει. Βεβαια να σημειωθει πως ολα στην περιοχη εχουν ξεφυγει τιμολογιακα, δεν ειναι το μοναδικο.
