Välstädat rum och mycket skön säng, bra frukost o alltid gott med lite choklad😊

Super mysig helg i Borlänge med fantastisk hotell vistelse.
Pros:

Rummet, spa, frukost och personal var toppen bra.

Cons:

När vi kom ner till frukosten vid 09.15 på söndagen var det bara rester kvar i det mesta. Kändes lite som om man redan hade börjat stänga ner frukosten. Det var lite trist. Men vi tog av det som fanns kvar.

Så välstädat, kändes direkt man kom in på rummet. Jättetrevlig personal och spa avdelningen var verkligen top. Sen tyckte vi att det var så trevligt att personalen fick äta frukost med gästerna visserligen när tiden egentligen gått ut men mycket gäster var fortfarande kvar. Det vittnar om bra personaltänk. Kommer absolut att rekommendera detta hotell till vänner och bekanta

A pleasant stay, although the numerous extra charges were disappointing.
Pros:

Great breakfast with a wide variety of food options.
Comfortable bed and a good shower.
Pet-friendly.
Friendly and welcoming staff. A particularly nice touch was that they gave my daughter a teddy bear.
Large public parking area nearby, which was very convenient.

Cons:

My main criticism is the number of additional charges. Paying extra for pets, parking, and especially the spa made the overall experience feel unnecessarily expensive. It would be much better to have a more transparent room rate that includes these services instead of charging separately for every add-on.

Molto bene ci tornerei
Pros:

Colazione molto buona, varia e abbondante. Posizione comodissima in centro di fronte alle farmate Bus e Università, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Pulito e Staf cordiale e disponibile, abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante e lo abbiamo trovato ottimo. I miei figli hanno molto appressato anche SPA e Piscina

magari la camera qualche metro in più e peccato che come in quasi tutto il resto del mondo manca la cultura del Bidet
