Hôtel bien situé près de tout : marché, centre ville, convivial et sympa
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel au calme, à l'écart du centre ville mais pas trop (5 mm à pieds), le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, chambre spacieuse et calme et équipé du nécessaire. Le verre 'apéro servit tous les soirs de 17 à 18 h même si je n'en ai pas profité. Personnel au top et surprise de trouver une personne parlant français.

Hotel ligt top, heeft super personeel maar kamers hebben dringend renovatie nodig

Pros:

Charming place. Very conveniently located. Extremely nice staff. I do wish the review section of Booking.com just let you be concise instead of writing longer information. Makes you not want to leave a review.

Cons:

It is typical of European hotel and does not have air conditioning in the rooms. Fortunately, it was cool enough in September to get amble breeze from the window so no complaints really.

Gute Lage & hilfsbereites Personal
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nah am Norreport von wo aus man schnell am Flughafen und an weiteren wichtigen Punkten ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hatte ich nicht dazu gebucht und kann ich deshalb nicht beurteilen. Einzelzimmer war klein aber fein und alles notwendige drin.

Hotel céntrico, personal amable, habitación pequeña, precio demasiado alto

La ubicación es excelente, está muy céntrico y te permite visitar el centro de Copenhague andando directamente. El desayuno es bueno, en un restaurante del hotel vecino, un sitio muy agradable. El personal muy amable, nos hicieron sentir bien acogidos.

Cons:

La habitación era increíblemente pequeña, sin un sitio para poner las maletas, no tenía armario para la ropa (solo unos percheros en una estructura sin puertas), la ducha muy pequeña, y sobre todo, la cama era muy estrecha. Se supone que era una cama de matrimonio, pero medía menos de 1,35. Solo apto para parejas muy bien avenidas, y más bien delgados, desde luego. Y lo peor es que el precio era absurdamente caro, pero de eso no puedo culpar a nadie, por supuesto, el mercado es así.

Very nice hotel in a great location with very nice staff, single room did not meet quality expectations for the price.

The room was nice but small. Sadly carpeted even though picture of the room showed otherwise. Bathroom was extremely small (comparable to ship cabin bathrooms, shower and toilet basically in the same place, entire bathroom wet after shower, smallest sink) and not in the greatest shape. Shower head holder broken and not adjustable, bathroom generally could use a deepclean/ renovation). Defenitely not what i expected for the amount per night payed.

Great location and staff but rooms could be better
Pros:

The location is brilliant, staff are lovely and helpful and happy hour ( free drinks) is appreciated.

Cons:

No hooks in bathroom, no shelf for shower products in shower, no electrical outlet near bed for charging phones etc. have to ask for shower cap etc.
