I loved Copenhagen but I wish I had chosen a different hotel to stay at.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location.

Cons:

When I arrived I found stains covering my duvet. I notified the staff immediately and asked for this to be changed. The person at the desk was very polite and apologised for this. When I came back to my room the duvet and bed sheets were fine but then when they were changed the next day the new duvet had stains on it AGAIN and then once more after it was changed AGAIN. It is ridiculous and I shouldn't have to keep bringing this issue up to the staff. There was also a very weird smell in the bathroom possibly coming from the AC. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't come back.

Pros:

My fiancee and I really liked that every day between 5-6pm there is a happy hour and you get a free drink in the hotel beer wine or soft drink and you can chill in the communal area or socialize with other guests. The communal area is very cozy, we loved the experience :)

Centrally located in Copenhagen, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast, and clean comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast offered an ideal selection of options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff hosted a relaxation hour at 5 p.m. with one free drink. One review said the carpets looked old, but I did not find them old at all! The hotel's location was ideal, in the center of Copenhagen. That made it worth my money.

Cons:

I have no complaints!

Good location makes this a great choice from which to visit Copenhagen.
Pros:

Good location, easy to reach by public transport, and easy to travel from there around the city. Breakfast (served at the Kong Arthur Hotel next door) was good. The tapas restaurant next door was excellent quality.

Cons:

We booked a small room, and as a couple, things were a bit too small, especially the double bed, which at just 140cm width was not adequate for us. First room had a non-functional toilet, and a bed that could only be entered from one side. The hotel staff were able to switch us to another room though - so that was better. My wife and I are "restless" sleepers - so the 140 cm double bed width was very uncomfortable for us, and we had 4 very disturbed nights sleep. The small bathroom was just about functional. If you are going in 2, think about a medium sized room, and check the bed size. As a single person, the small double would be great.
