Pros:

Et dejligt hotel med et rigtigt venligt og hjælpsomt personale! Rolig men alligevel ret central beliggenhed med gåafstand til centrum. Kan varmt anbefales!

Pros:

The Hotel is very well located, in a nice and "posh" area next to the Botanical Garden, Norreport Station, the National Gallery and the Lakes. The street were the hotel is located has nice restaurants, but stays calm during the night. The rooms are clean and the staff is one of the most friendly I met across Europe. Highly recommended.

Beware - archaic Scandi house rule!
Pros:

Female staff were nice.

Cons:

Very displeased with the interaction with reception on 2 x occasions during the night.

On one evening I had a meeting during the evening in Australia and afterward wanted to go to a 7/11 at around 2am. The front doors were locked with a "be right back in 5 minutes" on the counter with a number. I had a data only SIM and no way to contact the reception. I was locked in. They were not back in that time frame and an hour longer, still not.

On another evening I went out for drinks with friends. One felt unwell and instead of traveling home, I said they could come back to the room I booked until they felt better. I was stopped at reception and confronted quite abruptly by a gentleman with a hostile/beard (not the one with tattoos) and told no guests. I stated he's not staying, and he said again no guests. He provided no alternative. I booked and paid for a room, that had 2 towels, a queen bed. Never experienced this in any hotel worldwide. What business it is of yours? If it was a 'safety' issue, then take down the additional persons name? And if he joined me before 11pm, then what? It was so embarrassing, and truly invasive. I had to leave with my friend and continue to monitor he felt well enough to get home, 3 hours in the street! There was no "no guests, but for an additional amount X" - nothing!

What was a generally good stay was ruined by the above, and especially at a premium price. I'm not interested in what is "house rules", your staff was rude/stoic and applied rules robotically and without discretion or any interest.

I'll think twice on my return trip next year.

Ganska okej
Pros:

Bra sängar och kuddar. Frukosten var okej, men inte direkt prisvärd-väldigt basic

Cons:

Hissen som kunde ta alldeles för lång tid att få.
