Pros:

This has been my personal favorite downtown Edmonton hotel since 2028 but it's very disappointing they Don't have room service anymore they used to be the COVID-19 Pandemic

Pros:

The staff was nice, the location was good as well, and underground parking is a cool thing, however, it would be nice if it is written clearly that the price for parking, as well as for breakfast should be paid additionally.

Cons:

The smell in the room was quite strong, probably somebody with a big dog stayed there before us. The thermostat was broken, so I wasn't able to change the temperature. (or it wasn't clear how to change the temperature). The price for the parking and breakfast should be paid additionally
