everything was good. They just tried to charge me and had already paid through booking.com but they were really nice and fixed it.

We were very pleased and would stay there again.
Pros:

Location - close to restaurants we wanted to try, the Opry Mills Mall, and Gaylord Opryland Resort.
Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows
Our room was located on the first floor/interior at the end away from the pool, which made it convenient to use, but not close enough to be a bother. Our granddaughter enjoyed the children's pool.
The soap, shampoo and body wash - lovely scent

Cons:

The overwhelming chlorine smell.
The bathroom could have been a little nicer and the towels a little softer.

Affordable alternative to the Gaylord
Pros:

The Inn at the Opry was relatively inexpensive to the Gaylord but probably more expensive than it should have been. Friendly staff and convenient location--we literally walked to the Gaylord and Opry after the shuttle stopped running. It appears to be an old motel-style place that has been redone. It was super-quiet, given the size and the number of people staying there. The mattresses are worn out and need to be replaced. We did not sleep well because of that.

Cons:

We would have liked the host to have better knowledge of the transportations provided for providing rides to Opryland. I felt like it was very hard to get an answer and was on my own.

Overpriced and underwhelmed

Cons:

The cost was outrageous for this hotel. Our room was outside like a motel. Extremely small room, beds, and you can barely fit in the bathroom! The bathtub was so small. Not sure why we were put in an outside room next to the construction when there were so many open rooms inside (you could see the rooms while we were at the pool) the pictures online are nicer than the actual hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else on the same street, so many better cheaper options with free breakfast. We thought we were getting something super nice because of the name/price but instead got an old outdated small motel. We didn’t sleep well at all. You could hear every sound from the room next door. I just cannot understand why they charge so much here???

Morons for management
Pros:

This manager is rude and uninformed, the front desk associates are as well but thats expected considering how disconnected the manager is. I was sent in multiple directions trying to get a shuttle ride and wasted 2 hours of my time nearly missing my return time for my rental car. Then had to walk back in 20 degree cold due to these representatives ignorance.
