You won’t be disappointed if you choose this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful not only giving us complimentary drinks on arrival but also a free upgrade to a suite! You can’t be made more welcome than that. They also gave us great advice and options for our itinerary.

Cons:

We had to go home.

Pros:

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, vicino ai monumenti principali e raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, anche dall'aeroporto. Molto bello, curato nei dettagli con ambienti puliti e spaziosi. Colazione ricca e varia, con personale di sala cortese. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dal sig. Giuseppe che, in modo molto professionale, attento e piacevole, ci ha fornito consigli utili durante la permanenza a Praga. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Cons:

There’s no receptionist, you have to go around the corner to the next hotel which was covering the receptionist area. I felt unsafe because there’s no front desk staff. I left early and requested a refund because I’m paying for a hotel and not an Airbnb. There needs to be a receptionist

Verstecktes Schmuckstück im Herzen von Prag
Pros:

Perfekte Lage zur Kleinseite unterhalb der Burg und zur Karlsbrücke mit der Altstadt. Der Garten des Palais Waldstein um die Ecke und gute Anbindung mit der U-Bahn und Tram Malostranská. Etwas versteckt und sehr ruhig am schönen Platz vor dem Palais Waldstein gelegen. Ein eher kleines, historisches Haus. Die Zimmer nicht groß und doch recht geräumig. Cosy, elegant modern gestaltet, aber zurückhaltend. Sehr schönes Bad auch, alles ziemlich neu offenbar. Kleiner Austritt zum Dach. Sehr hübsch auch der kleine Innenhof. Abseits vom Trubel und dennoch ganz im Herzen von Prag. Sehr viel Charme. Und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Der Parkservice kostet, ist für Autofahrer aber ein gutes Angebot und funktioniert problemlos. Die Rezeption ist hier sehr hilfreich. Das Waldstein ist die kleinere Dependance zum Three Storks. Dort ist auch die Rezeption für beide Häuser. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man abseits von Mainstream das Individuelle sucht.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum liegt hübsch im Kellergewölbe. Es wird dort manchmal aber recht eng. Auch die Treppen zu den Zimmern recht eng. Und natürlich kein Lift, für den es in dem Gebäude wahrscheinlich keinen Platz gibt. Auch die Lobby ist klein. Insgesamt klein, aber fein.

Hermoso hotel con excelente ubicación, limpieza, comodidad, desayuno delicioso y personal amable.
Pros:

Me encantó el servicio, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar ante cualquier consulta. El desayuno buffet es muy rico y variado; la habitación es moderna, diseño moderno, súper limpia tanto la habitación como el baño, con todo lo necesario: shampoo, jabón, etc. Tiene una cafetera con varias pastillas de café, leche, tés y agua, que reponen a diario.

Mi habitación quedaba en un edificio al lado, por lo que era más silencioso y privado. Me gustó.

La ubicación es de lo mejor, cerca de varios lugares de interés a pie. Definitivamente ya lo estoy recomendando! 🤗

Chambre réellement spacieuse disposant de 3 chaises et d'une petite table.
Les meubles sont éclairés également à l'intérieur. 2 écrans tv ( 1 pour chaque lit double)
