Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Sauberkeit, Frühstück, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, alles Top. Nettes Personal. Ein total schönes Hotel mit Frühstücksraum im Gewölbe. Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Zimmer war ziemlich hellhörig

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, all staff friendly and helpful. I loved the complimentary drinks. A lovely touch. Loved how central the hotel was and the room beautiful and clean. Overall a very beautiful hotel and pleasure to stay in. Thanks so much. Definitely would stay there again.

Cons:

Only a little noisy at night. Light across from my room would come on and understandably so however if the room had think curtains you can close then these things probably would not be an issue and an added welcome.

Pros:

This is my absolute favourite hotel in Prague. I keep coming back. I like the location, the staff is always very helpful and ready to resolve any issue you might have. Breakfast is fabulous. I can only recommend.

Superb. Loved it
Pros:

Very peaceful in a tucked away location but perfectly situated to access all amenities cafes bars etc. on foot. The room was fab, very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and all fresh. Staff were amazing, especially Romana in the breakfast room

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal ponte Carlo, staff super accogliente che ci ha consigliato ottimi ristoranti per cena (grazie Giuseppe!)
Sala per la colazione bellissima

Cons:

La struttura principale era più carina rispetto alla dependance dove abbiamo alloggiato noi. Tutto sommato comunque tutto bene

Alle faciliteiten op een kleine kamer aanwezig. Binnenplaatsje was een beetje groezelig, maar eenmaal binnen, perfect, keurig ontbijt.

Duidelijkheid van waar de receptie is. Het bestaat uit meerdere gebouwen, Moest even zoeken

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, aber für Prag auch teuer!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Die Service Dame wirklich nett und hilfsbereit! Die Atmosphäre in dem urigen „Frühstücksgewölbe“ sehr besonders!

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Prag
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, Karlsbrücke und Prager Burg sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Straßenbahn und U-Bahn ebenfalls in der Nähe. Hervorzuheben ist der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption und die nette Betreuung beim Frühstück. Uns hat die Ruhe in den Abendstunden Richtung Innenhof sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Frühstück in einem Gewölbekeller ist Geschmackssache.
Es wurden in 4 Tagen nur die Handtücher gewechselt, jedoch nicht der Boden gereinigt.
Die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei, sollte man wissen. Der nette Empfangschef hat aber dafür gesorgt, dass unsere Koffer hoch getragen wurden.

Pros:

Absolutně skvělý personál! Od welcome drinku, přes nesmírně vstřícnou recepční paní Alenu, která velmi profesionálně a ochotně pomohla vyřešit problém s rezervací přes Booking, přes velmi milou paní u snídaně, která stejně ochotně hledala bezlepkovou alternativu pro mojí snídani přes to, že jsem to zapomněla hlásit dopředu. Určitě přijedu zas.
