中心部から歩くにはちょっと遠い、ただカナルビューだとお得。
Pros:

レセプションのスタッフが親切で、1階カナルビューを的確にアドバイスしてくれた

Cons:

部屋のクリーニングを依頼していたにもかかわらず、実施してもらえなかった日があった。それを別のレセプションスタッフに伝えると役に立たなかった

Bon emplacement et personnel accueillant mais petit déjeuner à éviter
Pros:

L’emplacement à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare et proche du centre.

Cons:

La mauvaise insonorisation des portes des chambres : on est réveillé la nuit par les portes qui claques et des clients qui parlent fort.
La disposition des équipements du petit déjeuner (pas pratique !) et les aliments très industriels proposés. Mêmes les fruits ne sont pas bons car pas mûrs.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. We were cycle Touring so good that we could take bikes to room for security

Good location for a city break
Pros:

Good location for city break, walking distance from the main station. Felt quite safe and walking distance to main attractions.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and felt squashed. There was no aircon and it was quite hot

Pros:

Breakfast is very good, and has a lot of varieties. The staff are friendly.

Cons:

The room has no cups, no electric kettle and no tea bags. I can't make hot water any time I want. However, they provide water at the entrance of the hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel está a unos 15' andando, te dejan guardar las maletas antes de hacer el check-in y el personal es muy amable. Nada más entrar hay un dispensador de agua fresquita con unos vasos para beber. En cuanto a la habitación, el colchón era muy cómodo.
