Buena comida, cerveza y personal amable
Pros:

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal y los beneficios que te dan por hospedarte allí. Por ejemplo, como le comenté al personal del restaurante que era mi primera vez en Ámsterdam, me compartió una tarjeta con un QR con actividades turísticas y descuentos. Además, alquilan paraguas por 48 horas, es una forma muy práctica de enganchar a los huéspedes que van por solo unos días.

Cons:

En realidad, estuvo todo súper bien. Está en 18 minutos de Amsterdam Centraal, en una zona no tan concurrida. Quizás, me hubiese gustado que tengan actividades grupales para conocer a otros huéspedes o dinámicas en el bar o restaurante, sería interesante.

Decent stay
Pros:

Decent stay in 20 mins walk from the train station and city centre. The room was smaller than expected, but fairly clean and tidy.
I highly appreciated staff’s efforts to facilitate gluten free breakfast for me. Thanks.

Cons:

I was slightly confused when i realised that although I requested a twin room (expecting two separate beds) that in reality that meant it’s essentially double bed with two separate mattress toppers and separate single duvets.

De locatie was top.

Cons:

Het personeel was wel heel vriendelijk maar sommige spraken geen Nederlands of zeer slecht Engels. Ook de bediening in de bar liet te wensen over daar ze geen kennis hadden van de drankkaart. Abdijbieren werden ingegoten in limonadeglazen en dit bij 2 verschillende meisjes.

A comfortable, quiet and conveniently located hotel.
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view and a comfortable bed and sofa. The location was very convenient, with easy access from Amsterdam Centraal and an Albert Heijn just around the corner. It would also be an excellent base for visiting Artis Zoo and Micropia. Check-out was particularly quick and easy.

Cons:

There was no kettle in the room, which would have been useful. A few small details could have been better, such as the bathroom bin having no liner and being the only bin in the room. The check-in process also wasn't immediately clear when we arrived, so we spent a little time waiting around unsure of what to do.
