Locatie aproape de centru

Cons:

Pretul mult prea mare pentru ceea ce a oferit. In camera a fost un singur cos de gunoi, care nici nu avea o punga de gunoi propriu-zisa, ci o plasa de hartie de pe la vreun magazin. Camera avea termostat dar nu functiona. Televizorul si telecomanda nu functionau.

Very disappointed!
Pros:

My husband and I have just checked into the Ibis Amsterdam Centre Stopera, and unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed with both the quality of the room and the facilities provided. To be completely honest, I already wish I could check out and receive a refund for my remaining stay, as I am genuinely upset with my decision to book this hotel.

Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it feels dated and has an unpleasant odor. In addition, the room lacks what I would consider basic amenities, such as tea and coffee-making facilities & decent wifi.

I spent a considerable amount of time speaking with the reception staff about obtaining a kettle. I was informed that kettles and coffee-making facilities are only available in premium rooms. However, when I checked the current rates for premium rooms, I found that they are actually lower than the rate I paid before arriving at the hotel. Despite this, my request for a complimentary upgrade so that I could access these basic amenities was declined.

The staff finally compromised & brought me a kettle!

In all my travels, I have never stayed at a hotel that charges these rates while failing to provide what I consider standard in-room amenities. This experience has been very disappointing and falls far short of my expectations.

The hotel is overpriced and didn’t live up to expectations
Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

- 200€ per night for 2 persons without breakfast ☹️ not worth it.
- Very small twin beds room
- Actually not properly twin room. It was queen size bed with 2 separate mattresses.
- Smelly and musty bed sheets/pillow covers
- No complementary water bottle per person per day. You have to pay for the water bottle.
- Very pathetic internet

Pros:

clean, confy bed

Cons:

way to basic for the price-tag. No coffee machine, no bottle water, bathroom is a big plastic pod. Vinil floor is particualry inpleasant and cold for bear foot.

Cons:

Location. No food options nearby, walk to metro, not 'outside hotel'.
Bathroom - a hook in the bathroom otherwise just put clothes on the toilet less than ideal.
Seriously don't think you should pay for a room with a kettle. ...
Staff on arrival less than welcoming. Room attendant lovely as was concierge.

Great location lovely staff
Pros:

The hotel was in a very good location. It was 10mins walk to Central station and 30mins walk to the museum quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. It was in a quieter neighbourhood so not noisy at night. There was a supermarket and a few nice restaurants very near to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Cons:

For the money we paid I could not fault the hotel.
