Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville - Brentwood I-65 by IHG

Only issue we had was we found 1 roach in our room and a few little crumbs on the floor. Staff was nice and breakfast was pretty decent. AC works well.

Staff was friendly. Facility could use updating.

I notified the front desk during checkout that the ceiling above the tub/shower in my room was damaged & disgustingly soiled. I could not determine what the reason was, but a section approximately 2 foot square above the showerhead was discolored/soiled and damaged. It appeared that some sort of repair MAY have been attempted, but it was extremely poorly done.

I don't think that the local health department would consider this unit habitable. I would have asked for another room, but since my friend and I had adjoining rooms, I didn't think that replacement rooms would be available or worth the inconvenience, since we were leaving the next morning, and I would not be using the shower/tub again.

An explanation would be appreciated, as well as a partial refund for my room charge.

Another great stay!

The front desk staff was accommodating; however the toilet never worked during our 2 day stay and they couldn't get anyone to fix it. We ended up using the public restrooms on the floor below us. The refrigerator froze all of our items and we had to dispose of things, the laminate floors were uneven in the living room and posed a trip hazard, the sink stopped up and the hot water took forever to get to the faucet. The maintenance of this property needs attention. We were double charged for our room in error and had to call them to get it straightened out. The girl who answered the phone when we called to get billing fixed tried to be helpful but seemed to be clueless. She also said she could not send us an itemized bill or receipt. All in all, we will not be staying here again when we visit Nashville.

Great location just off I65 near Nashville! Can hear jets flying over and there is a train nearby but didn’t bother me.

It was comfortable and relaxing for what we needed close to the highway we were traveling on
Staff were all very polite elevator was extremely slow and ice machine on our floor did not work but that’s the only negative I have would use it again if ever traveling that way again

It was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast was good. But the room never cooled to my satisfaction and I could hear all of the traffic noise outside of my window that woke me up many times in the night

Did NOT like the train that blew its horn going by or how hard it was to get in and out on the busy road at the lights. DID like clean, nice staff, comfortable beds.

I travel to nashville about 5 days per month on business and I stay at this location most trips , and the stay is always great !

My only thought was even turned all the way up it didn't seem like the water was getting very hot.
