Couldn’t have received a more welcome, welcome. In all areas.
Pros:

Didn’t “upgrade” to cooked breakfast, as included was sufficient for us. However, we were disappointed not to be offered another glass of juice or refill of coffee.

Pros:

The doormen were very welcoming and all the staff are very attentive. The room was really clean and cosy, had a nice view looking onto the Main Street. The breakfast was really nice, and the service was very quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Hotel in Central Chester
Pros:

Excellent central location. Helpful staff. Beautiful (Executive) room with terrible view 😆 Very comfortable beds. Nice warm bathrobes provided.

Spending time with my Family members in a lovely hotel.
Pros:

Being in the centre of Chester shops.

Cons:

You have to pay extra for breakfast even though you request when booking breakfast to be included.
Car parking you do not get any discount for staying at your hotel, pay the same as everyone else who's visiting Chester. It's all about money, money give them more!

Lovely hotel, perfect location and friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious room.

Cons:

The bath was narrow and slippy (from cleaning product left in there or soap from previous guest), no hand soap at the wash basin.
