Bad plumbing! Toilet didn’t flush , shower didn’t drain!
Stains in bath, on carpet, curtains and windows.
Old musty rooms with no ventilation.
Old linen and pillows.

It was a little tired.
Lovely eggs benedict and a pot of tea and wholmeal toast....
Booked an executive room and asked for flowers to be put in the room as it was our 50th wedding anniversary. On arrival we had been allocated an upgrade to the Grosvenor Suit. Flowers were great and the room was enormous.
A very minor problem, my wife is in a wheelchair and we do find the lift is very small. We manage but it is very tight.
