Super nice staff in all departments - made to feel welcome
Initial problem with toilet not flushing which was promptly attended to whilst I was out.
Great hotel in best location to explore Chester. We were staying just the one night so a central location gave us maximum amount of time to look around. Staff were helpful and engaging. We particularly enjoyed a drink at the bar. Nice big room with comfortable bed.
A preferential parking rate would have been appreciated.

I have stayed at the Grosvenor on many occasions and absolutely love it.
Didn't have dinner but had breakfast (avocado poached eggs on sourdough). Everything was perfect and the staff couldn't be livelier.
