Cons:

Evrything about it. Specially the manager she was racist and charged me twice she was saying i was committing fraud. Was calling me "My FRIEND" Note i am latino and thats worse than ever she charged me for the hotel and charged me twice and called the police on me.

My heater didn’t blow warm air. 2 sheets on bed…no blankets to be found…froze my booty off!

Under construction 🚧
Pros:

<10 min drive to airport with shuttle service.
Modernizing this older facility.
Beds were comfortable.
Small microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

In the process of remodeling so there were workers and construction debris. Come back in about 1 month. The construction should be complete and it will be lovely.
Convenient to the airport but bring your earplugs.
Pedestrian access to restaurants limited.

Cons:

Key cards would not open side door.

Key cards had to be reprogrammed several times on a 3 day stay, just so we could get in our room.

I won’t be back - EVER, even if it’s FREE!

Everything from damp linen to breakfast which was gone after 1hr it started with no replenishment. Construction everywhere, paper thin walls, no cups in the room, the phone was dead, nothing in the room telling about the hotel, times for things like breakfast (although if you knew you had to use the elevator, you could find out where & when breakfast was), most uncomfortable beds, water pressure and temperature changes, terrible “shower gel”, “shampoo”, “conditioner”, & “lotion” all in the name of trying to save a penny or two.

Pros:

I had a place to park if I have to pick something I “liked”

Cons:

Checked in online.. had to pay incidental there.. then at the desk check in had to once again pay incidental… oh and that’s going to take 15 days to remove from my account..
Just walk into the place and it’s entirely tore apart.. walking over broke tile just to check in… workers everywhere using air hammers to break tile while I’m trying to walk by.. dust everywhere getting all over my luggage and clothes.. had zero warning to any of this.. and still payed full price for the room.. finally get checked in and go to the room and I’m horrified.. room is disgusting and dirty looking.. nothing like the pictures you will see in your booking.. literally not even close.. holes in the wall that have been poorly patched and not painted.. the Kitchenette they claim is in the room is just a sink awkwardly placed on an island over carpeted floors.. the carpet is full of stains and rips and tears.. and the bedding looked like it was already used or just balled up and thrown on the bed.. then 15 mins into the stay I go to get stuff out of my car and there’s a staff member in the hall yelling for a “Jose”.. like literally yelling.. weirdest thing I have ever seen in a hotel.. so I call tonight to find out about the incidental charges and that’s when I explain all the issues with the stay.. and the staff member in the phone is literally laughing about it while telling me my room should have been “newish”… this place is a joke find somewhere else
