It’s alright but not worth the money per night . Guy at the front desk had some issues understanding English .

Beds were comfortable, not noisy

Hallways smelled terribly , broken ice machine so had to go to second floor , not great breakfast

Smell of marijuana in the halls and when you walk out the front door. Room not clean. No bedding in room for the pull out sofa and when I asked for it, it seemed to be an issue. Pillows on bed are basically throw/travel pillows. The AC made terrible noise.

Pros:

I don't have an opinion about the physical property, but the customer service team is very bad. I'm not even sure if they have one. They are unable to solve a minor problem, but even more incapable for not sending a response by email in time. Its effectiveness is in getting money using bureaucracy as a shield.

Good bang for your buck just needs a few tweaks
Pros:

Breakfast needs to have some fresh fruit (apple orange banana) and some yogurts

Cons:

-Pillows suck! Foam chip pillows are not comfortable. The beds were nice but pillows suck!
- The bathroom in our room (210) was showing its age
-There’s only 1 mirror and that’s in the bathroom, had to wait for my husband to finish up in there before I could see how I looked, there needs to be a mirror in the room as well

Overall, it was good.
Pros:

Near the airport. Love that Native Americans were the staff!

Cons:

Not enough food options. The hotel needs something to eat besides sweets. The shower did not activate at 100% when you pull the device up.
