Roach Found in Hotel Room – No Response From Management

Here’s a detailed review that sounds credible, firm, and impactful without sounding overly emotional:

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. What makes it worse is that this was actually my SECOND time staying here because my first experience was so positive. I even told the receptionist at check-in how much I loved the hotel and how I specifically chose to come back because of the location next to Disneyland.

Unfortunately, this stay was nothing like the first.

As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed the cleanliness and attention to detail were not the same. The room already felt neglected compared to my previous stay, but I tried to ignore it and enjoy my trip.

The next morning, I woke up to a roach crawling near the TV in my room.

Completely unacceptable.

When I checked out and informed the receptionist, instead of properly addressing the issue, I was told it was a “water bug.” Calling it something else does not make the situation better. No guest should be paying to sleep in a room with bugs.

The receptionist then handed me a business card and told me to contact Erick, the manager. I emailed the hotel directly on May 7 explaining everything and included my concerns professionally. It is now May 10 and I still have not received any response, acknowledgment, apology, or attempt to make things right.

The lack of urgency and customer service after finding a roach in the room is honestly just as disappointing as the actual issue itself.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but guests deserve to know both how problems happen AND how they’re handled afterward. Sadly, this hotel failed in both areas.

El alojamiento cumple cn lo básico.
Su punto extra es que está súper cerca de los parques por lo que se pueden ir caminando, lo que si se escuchan los fuegos artificiales muuuy de cerca para que no se asusten

Cons:

Desayuno cero continental, pan cn mermelada, jugo de máquina, café quemado, manzanas y stand para hacer waffles, te saca de apuro, pero no es lo que dice.
La habitación como tal, no la hacen para que lo consideren. El resto bien
