Pros:

Čistota hotelu je na velmi dobré úrovni, vybavení působí moderně a udržovaně. Lokalita je poměrně klidná, což přispívá k příjemnému pobytu. Velkým plusem je také možnost využít fitko a bazén. Snídaně byly naprosto skvělé – opravdu široký výběr jídel a zároveň je myšleno i na hosty s bezlepkovou dietou. Oceňuji také velmi příjemný a ochotný personál, který mluví plynule česky.

Cons:

Hygienické vybavení pokojů je na první pohled v pořádku – na pokojích jsou k dispozici mýdla i šampony a jejich kvalita je poměrně dobrá. Bohužel to samé nelze říct o toaletním papíru. Přestože je dvouvrstvý, jeho kvalita je velmi nízká a působí spíše úsporným dojmem. U hotelu této úrovně bych očekával kvalitnější papírovou hygienu. Totéž platí pro kapesníčky, které na pokojích zcela chybí. Přitom jde o naprostý základ, který by měl být v hotelovém pokoji samozřejmostí.

Další nepříjemnou a překvapivou věcí je poplatek za parkování ve výši 400 Kč za noc. Nemyslím si, že by parkování mělo být nutně zdarma, nicméně pro hotelové hosty by mohla být na recepci alespoň sleva nebo symbolický poplatek. Částka 400 Kč za noc mi přijde neúměrně vysoká, zvlášť když samotné ubytování již nepatří mezi nejlevnější.
