Pros:

Мне очень понравился отель, чистота идеальная. Мы были четыре ночи в двухместном номере и каждый день у нас провоодилась уборка с заменой всех полотенец, .Единственное номер немного маловат, но зато в нём есть шикарная удобная кровать с великолепного качества постельным бельём. Это наслаждение для сна.
Завтрак шведский стол с шампанским и прекрамным кофе от баристы. Меню разнообразное и вкусное.
Пороадовал спортзал в котором было всё необходимое для занятий спортом, и даже длинный роллер для спины , что редкость..
В бассейне были один раз, там тоже вмё красиво и хорошо, выдают халаты и полотенца, но было многовато людей.. Это понятно сезон конец июля.
Немного отель далековато от центра города, надо ехать на трамвае но можно пройтись пешком красивой дорогой от Пражкого града до Карлова моста., что тоже хорошо.
В целом, отелем я очень довольна,, рекомендую, приехала бы ещё.,

Cons:

Администраторы не говорят по русски и не говорят по украински. Встоловой ситуация другая, работает много украинок, что удобно и бариста говорит и по немецки..

Чудовий готель, орієнтований на родину. Хороший сервіс, є анімаційні програми для маленьких дітей, дуже смачні сніданки.
Співвідношення ціни та якості чудове. Є зона з басейном і спортзал. В номері є сейф, дві великі шафи. Прибирання- кожного дня. Заміна рушників і халатів- на вимогу.
Персонал привітний,номери чисті,розташовано близько центру, можна легко доїхати трамваєм до історичного центру.
