Pros:

Хотелът се намира в тих и спокоен квартал. Спирката на автобус/трамвай е точно пред хотела. До стария град се стига бързо и удобно. Персонала е супер любезен и отзивчив. Закуската е богата и има за всеки по нещо. Стаите са чисти , достатъчно големи и имат всичко необходимо, дори и за малките гости. Почистват се всеки ден. Има местни ресторанти на пешеходно разстояние, както и в самия хотел. Басейна, сауната и фитнеса са чисти и поддържани.

Najmilší pán Jirka na recepcii nám spravil deň. Ochotný , milý, usmiaty, perfektný prístup. So všetkým nám poradil a vybavil, aby sme my nemuseli nič, len si užiť pobyt

It’s a weird mix between corporate and child friendly

The room was large and comfortable

Cons:

Annoyingly the swimming pool is closed to guests every afternoon just when we wanted to swim and then, as a result, incredibly busy shortly afterwards.

We had a fabulous stay other than pet allergy.
Pros:

Really good breakfast. Comfy beds. Staff lovely . A guy at reception was really helpful with booking finding information on a boat trip . Food was excellent.

Cons:

We didn’t realise it was a pet friendly hotel. It seems they don’t use allocated pet friendly rooms. This means for pet allergy sufferers they can’t tell you which rooms dogs or cats have been in . One of us was quite unwell. They should use particular rooms for pets then other rooms would be dander free. It isn’t enough to vacuume the room. Allergens stay in the air.
