سكنت في الدور السابع العتب فرش الغرفة يحتاج نطافة او تغير ضيق الحمام لانه كان واحد في الغرفة الباقي ولاغلطة بعيد عن السن

Fajne pokoje z dobrymi kosmetykami plus balkon. Super śniadania tylko tłok i bardzo długo czeka się na kawę bo jeden ekspres jak i na miejsce przy stoliku. Super miła , pomocna obsługa i bardzo czysto

Mały , bardzo głeboki basen - już wiem ,że z dziećmi nie pojadę, brak jaccuzi. Drogi parking za 2 dni - 800 koron

Great stay at OREA Hotel Prague! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.
Pros:

The hotel is really dog
friendly. We took our small dog to breakfast with us, and he stayed inside his bag.

Nice stay but the pool and welness need a reconstruction
Pros:

- Very expensive diner and half board is not possible, poor sevice in the restaurant in the evening although it was not crowded
- very tiny room, reconstructed but the room divider should be removed as there would be more space to move and get to your suitcase,
- no place where to put your wet towels or swimsuit
- kids playroom cold and i saw a girl who hit her head when she fell on the heating unit while playing
-no welnes and sauna is paid extra, the guy in the welnes playing his phone
- very very old swimming pool and freezing
-poor animation - the girls tried hard but some of the activities didnt even happen, disco songs way too old, copied from animation teams abroad, i think they coukd use czech songs or pop songs
- only one kid bathrobe, the other child had to wear the adult one which was huge even for me

+ close to the Petrin lookout tower and historical centre, even my 6yo managed to walk to prague castle and charles bridge
+ great connection, tram stop in front of the hotel
+ breakfast and the barista lady
+free room upgrade
+colour book for kids (but the kids complaid there was no orange crayon in the package and the fox is orange)
+ staff was great
+ snacks for your trips available
+nice rooms and halls and a restaurant, cosy places to hang out just the swimming pool is a huge disadvantage

Do not want to complain really, I just think you can improve the hotel quite easilly to even better level
