Pros:

Zdravím,
hotel byl velice hezký a krásně čistý.
Snídaně výborná a opravdu velký výběr.

Cons:

Zklamal nás bazén.
Saunu jsme nenašli.
Zvláštní požadavek/překvapení bohužel neproběhnul, což mě mrzelo, asi jsem se měla extra připomenout, ale byla jsem se 2 dětmi a chvílemi jsem nevěděla, kde mi hlava stojí..
Ale určitě bych ubytování doporučila, co se týče bazénu, doporučuji si zjistit detaily, aby jste nebyli zklamání.
Herna působila trochu zanedbaně.

Sehr gute Öffi-Anbindung (mehrere Strassenbahnlinien), schöner Blick über die Stadt aus den oberen Stockwerken, sehr gutes Frühstück, Abendessen im Haus möglich.

Pros:

Очень понравился район, недалеко от старинных интересных туристических мест. До самого центра едешь на трамвае и проезжаещь чудесные исторические места. Сам номер был очень симпатичный, после современного ремонта.

Hotel confortevole e ottimamente gestito
Pros:

Hotel in stile anni '70, ma completamente moderno. Molto pulito. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ricchissima. Molto confortevole. Nonostante non sia nel centro storico, lo si raggiunge con i tram 22 o 23 in 15 minuti.
E' un hotel molto grande, ma nonostante questo molto silenzioso. Le camere sono spaziose e moderne (ma sempre in stile anni '70). Bagni moderni. L'hotel ha anche una piscina, ma è piccola e molto frequentata.

Cons:

Forse migliorerei la piscina, potrebbe essere più grande, ma ovviamente la piscina è un surplus.
Il resto è tutto perfetto.

Velká spokojenost
Pros:

Velmi vstřícný personál, místo přistýlky nám dali dětskou postýlku a když jsme čekaly na výměnu, jako omluvu jsme dostaly pití zdarma.

Cons:

Nebyly jsme informované hned na začátku, že je změna při úklidu, pokud jej požadujeme, musíme si zavěsit štítek na dveře, ale chtěly jsme to jen kvůli výměně ručníků, které nám na požádání byly vyměněny a další den již automaticky, takže služby super.

Pros:

The breakfast and the staff were excellent. It's a short walk to the castle and center.

Cons:

If you don't hang out the "please clean the room" sign, the room doesn't get any new towels or cleaning service. Parking is very expensive. The breakfast room was always super full unless you go at 10:15am.
