Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

En general todo estuvo bien

Llevo varios años utilizando los servicios del hotel.
No tengo comentarios negativos.
El desayuno es espectacular, el personal es super amable y están atentos a escuchar, siempre colaboran si hay un percance y dan alternativas para que la experiencia mejore. En las tiendas aliadas el personal también entrega sugerencias, bien sea en la boutique y en las tiendas de diseño. Pd: mi gato fue muy feliz y estuvo súper relajado.
La piscina y jacuzzi perfecto , los desayunos geniales , la comida de los 3 restaurante excelente

Es muy antiguo, para ser un hotel Estelar podrían estar las habitaciones remuneradas o por lo menos nuevos aires acondicionados. Los que tienen son viejos y hacen mucho ruido.
