Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.

If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Estancia cómoda pero pésimo servicio de los restaurantes.
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Cons:

Pésimo servicio en el restaurante, los meseros solo hablaban entre ellos y no atendían a los huéspedes. Tuve que levantarme a servir mi café dos veces en el desayuno. Necesitan más entrenamiento. No volvería. Anexo fotos de los meseros solo charlando. Es muy malo el servicio.

Descanso y Tener todo en un mismo lugar. Muy buena la comida.
Pros:

El lugar de la piscina es espectacular. Muy bueno para ir en familia y grupo de amigos. El hotel tiene de todo. Las opciones de comida son muy buenas.

Muy bueno el servicio en la piscina, al igual que la excelente calidad del restaurante italiano. Los masajes, excelentes, de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

La silletería de la piscina requiere atención, muy vieja, tanto sillas asoleadoras como sillas normales y mesas; varias partes del piso en el área de la piscina están en mal estado. Solo funcionaba 1 jacuzzi.
